Claims (7)
- 내부가 천공된 실린더(26)를 갖는 필터 요소(2)를 포함하는 선박평형수(ballast water) 필터 배열체(filter arrangement)(1)를 세정하기 위한 역세척 배열체(back-washing arrangement)(3)로서, 상기 역세척 배열체(3)는,
길이 방향 연장부를 가지며 상기 필터 요소(2)의 내부가 천공된 실린더(26) 내에 위치하도록 구성되는 세장형 중공 본체(32);
상기 본체(32)를 회전 및/또는 축 방향 운동으로 구동하도록 구성된 기구;
상기 본체(32) 내부의 공동과 유체 연통하도록 배열된 복수의 노즐(34) - 상기 복수의 노즐(34)은 상기 복수의 노즐(34)이 상기 내부가 천공된 실린더(26) 내에 배치될 때 상기 복수의 노즐(34)의 각각의 원위 단부(36)가 상기 필터 배열체(1)의 상기 필터 요소(2)의 상기 내부가 천공된 실린더(26)에 매우 근접하게 배열되도록 상기 본체(32)로부터 측 방향으로 돌출되는 것이고, 상기 복수의 노즐(34) 중 적어도 하나는 상기 본체(32)가 회전하는 동안 상기 복수의 노즐(34)의 원위 단부(36)가 상기 내부가 천공된 실린더(36)의 표면에 인접하게 뒤따르도록 상기 복수의 노즐(34)을 스프링(342) 부하 상태에서 유지하는 스프링 부하 수단을 포함하는 것임 -; 및
상기 세장형 중공 본체의 상기 공동과 유체 연통하도록 배열된 출구(320)를 포함하며,
상기 복수의 노즐(34)은, 상기 노즐이 모두 동일한 방향으로 돌출하도록 상기 본체(32)의 직선을 따라 서로 평행하게 배열되고,
상기 복수의 노즐(34) 중 각각의 노즐은 상기 복수의 노즐(34) 중 적어도 다른 노즐에 인접하게 배열되며,
상기 필터 배열체는 상기 복수의 노즐(34) 중 적어도 하나의 노즐의 원위 단부(36)를 덮는 캡을 포함하는 것인, 역세척 배열체. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 복수의 노즐(34)은 2 개 내지 20 개의 노즐, 또는 5 개 내지 15 개의 노즐 또는 5 개 내지 10 개의 노즐을 포함하는 것인, 역세척 배열체. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 캡은 상기 복수의 노즐(34) 모두에 대해 공통이며, 상기 원위 단부(36)중 각각의 원위 단부를 덮는 것인, 역세척 배열체. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 캡은, 액체가 상기 필터 벽(22)의 반대 측면으로부터 상기 노즐로 유입되는 것이 허용되도록 상기 복수의 노즐(34) 중 하나의 노즐의 개구 위에 배열된 적어도 하나의 개구를 포함하는 것인, 역세척 배열체. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 캡은, 상기 복수의 노즐(34) 중 하나의 노즐의 개구 위에 배열된 개구의 측면 상에 배열된 캡 벽을 포함하는 것인, 역세척 배열체. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 복수의 노즐(34)은 상기 본체(32)의 대향 측면들 상에 배열된 제1 복수의 노즐 및 제2 복수의 노즐을 포함하는 것인, 역세척 배열체. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 복수의 노즐(34)은 제3 복수의 노즐을 포함하는 것인, 역세척 배열체.
