KR 2015 0025627 Aは、バラスト水濾過装置の為の吸引ユニットを開示する。コアは、回転され、上下に移動され、異物が排出され、水は、吸引ノズルを通って逆洗される。
US 2004/238435 A1は、入口からハウジングの洗浄出口に流れる流体を濾過する為の濾過要素を備える濾過洗浄装置を開示する。洗浄要素は、真空ロータを有し、この真空ロータは、濾過要素からデブリを収集し、最終的に噴出流出口から外に分注する為にデブリを誘導する。
US 2013/319953 A1は、軸を中心に回転する濾過装置を含むバラスト水処理装置を開示する。未処理水用ノズルは、濾過装置が囲む領域に未処理水を排出する。洗浄水用ノズルは、洗浄水を濾過装置の外周面に向かって排出する。
GB1 151 592は、濾過部材を備えた流体濾過装置用カートリッジを開示し、濾過部材は、濾過装置部材の端部に直接鋳造された不浸透性ポリウレタンエラストマ端部キャップを有する。
前記複数のノズル(34)の各ノズルは、前記複数のノズル(34)の少なくとも他のノズルに隣接するように配置され、

Claims (11)
- 濾過装置(1)において、
濾過されていない液体(14)の為のチャンバ入口、濾過された液体(16)の為のチャンバ出口、濾過されていない液体と濾過された液体とを別々に保つように配置された壁(18)を備えるチャンバ(12)と、
前記チャンバ(12)の内側に配置された長手方向の細長拡張部を有する濾過要素(2)であって、前記濾過要素(2)は、半透過壁(22)を備え、前記半透過壁(22)は、折畳み式濾過装置(24)を備え、前記折畳み式濾過装置(24)は、有孔内円筒(26)および有孔外円筒(28)の間にジグザグ構成で配置される、前記濾過要素(2)と、
内部に置かれた逆洗装置(3)であって、前記逆洗装置は、細長中空本体(32)、機構、複数のノズル(34)、出口(320)を備え、
前記細長中空本体(32)は、細長拡張部を有し、前記細長拡張部は、前記濾過要素(2)の前記細長拡張部に対して実質的に平行であり、
前記機構は、回転および/または軸方向移動で前記本体(32)を駆動するように構成され、
前記複数のノズル(34)は、前記本体(32)の内側の空洞と流体連通するように配置され、前記複数のノズル(34)は、前記本体(32)から側方に突き出ており、前記複数のノズル(34)の各々の遠位端部(36)は、前記有孔内円筒(26)に近接するように配置され、
前記出口(320)は、前記細長中空本体の前記空洞と流体連通するように配置され、
前記複数のノズル(34)は、前記本体(32)上の直線に沿って互いに対して平行に配置され、前記複数のノズル(34)の全ては、同一方向に突き出ており、
前記複数のノズル(34)の各ノズルは、前記複数のノズル(34)の少なくとも他のノズルに隣接するように配置され、
前記複数のノズル(34)の少なくとも一つの遠位端部(36)を覆うキャップを備える、濾過装置(1)。 - 前記複数のノズル(34)の少なくとも一つの前記遠位端部(36)は、前記ノズルを圧力荷重(342)の下で保つことによって、前記有孔内円筒(26)と近接または接触するように配置され、前記ノズルの前記遠位端部(36)は、前記逆洗装置(3)が回転する間、前記有孔内円筒(26)の前記表面に追従する、請求項1に記載の濾過装置(1)。
- 前記複数のノズル(34)は、2−20本のノズルまたは5−15本のノズルまたは5−10本のノズルを備える、請求項1または2に記載の濾過装置(1)。
- 前記キャップは、前記複数のノズル(34)の全てに共通であり、前記遠位端部(36)の各遠位端部を覆う、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の濾過装置(1)。
- 前記キャップは、少なくとも一つの開口を有し、前記開口は、前記複数のノズル(34)の一つの開口の上方に配置され、液体は、前記濾過壁(22)の反対側から前記ノズルに流れることが許容される、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の濾過装置(1)。
- 前記逆洗装置(3)は、前記細長本体上に配置された平衡片または複数の平衡片を更に備え、前記平衡片または複数の平衡片は、前記細長本体(32)から側方に突き出ており、前記平衡片の遠位端部(36)または前記複数の平衡片(34)の各々の遠位端部は、前記有孔内円筒(26)に近接するように配置される、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の濾過装置(1)。
- 前記複数の平衡片は、前記本体(32)の内側の前記空洞と流体連通した複数のノズルであり、前記本体上で直線に沿って互いに対して平行に配置され、全てが同一方向に突き出ている、請求項6に記載の濾過装置(1)。
- 前記折畳み式濾過装置(24)の穿孔は、前記有孔内円筒(26)および有孔外円筒(28)の穿孔より小さい大きさを有する、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の濾過装置(1)。
- 前記濾過要素(2)は、第1濾過要素であり、前記濾過装置(1)は、追加の濾過要素を備え、前記追加の濾過要素は、前記第1濾過要素と同一または対応した特徴を有する、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の濾過装置(1)。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の濾過装置を逆洗洗浄する為の方法において、
前記チャンバおよび前記複数のノズルの各ノズルの内側との間に圧力差を生じさせ、前記複数のノズルの各ノズルが置かれた前記濾過装置を通って反転方向に液体を流れさせるステップと、
前記本体を回転および/または軸方向に移動させるステップと、
を有する、方法。 - 圧力差を生じさせるステップは、0.2−1バール、または、0.3−0.8バール、または0.4−0.6バールにわたる圧力降下があるとき、開始される、請求項10に記載の方法。
