Abstract
Description
도 2는 세로토닌 수식된 히알루론산이 올바르게 합성되었는지 여부를 확인하기 위하여, 1H-NMR 분석을 실시한 결과를 나타낸 것이다((1): 히알루론산 골격 내 메틸기(methyl group)의 수소 양성자, (2): 세로토닌의 방향족 고리의 수소 양성자).
도 3은 세로토닌 수식 히알루론산 유도체가 하이드로젤을 형성하기 위해 가교(cross-linking)하는 과정의 화학적 구조를 나타낸 것이다.
도 4는 광전자 분석법(XPS 분석)을 이용하여 산화 이전과 산화 이후의 스펙트럼을 비교하여 세로토닌 수식 히알루론산 하이드로젤의 가교를 확인한 결과를 나타낸 것이다.
도 5는 푸리에 변환 적외선 분광법(FTIR)을 이용하여 산화 이전과 산화 이후의 스펙트럼을 비교하여 세로토닌 수식 히알루론산 하이드로젤의 가교를 확인한 결과를 나타낸 것이다.
도 6은 UV-vis(Ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy)을 이용하여 세로토닌 수식 히알루론산 하이드로젤의 가교를 확인한 결과를 나타낸 것이다.
도 7은 산화를 통한 가교 방법에 의해 제조된 세로토닌 수식된 히알루론산 하이드로젤을 나타낸 것이다.
도 8은 세로토닌 수식 히알루론산 하이드로젤 제조 과정의 산화 조건에 따른 가교 속도를 비교한 결과를 나타낸 것이다.
도 9는 세로토닌 수식 히알루론산 하이드로젤 제조 과정의 산화 조건에 따른 탄성을 비교한 결과를 나타낸 것이다.
도 10은 세로토닌 수식 히알루론산 하이드로젤 제조 과정의 산화 조건에 따른 팽윤 양상을 나타낸 것이다.
도 11은 과산화수소 및 HRP의 농도에 따른 하이드로젤의 접착력 변화를 측정한 결과를 나타낸 것이다.

Claims (21)
- 세로토닌으로 수식된 히알루론산을 포함하는 하이드로젤.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 하이드로젤은 상기 화학식 1의 반복단위구조를 포함하는 것인, 하이드로젤. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 하이드로젤은 혈액 응고 촉진, 지혈, 조직 유착 방지, 세포 분화 촉진, 세포 배양 및 약물 전달로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 용도를 나타내는 것인, 하이드로젤. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하이드로젤은 접착성인 것인, 하이드로젤.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하이드로젤은 생분해성인 것인, 하이드로젤.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항의 하이드로젤을 포함하는, 지혈제 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서,
상기 지혈제는 조직 간의 유착방지 효과를 나타내는 것인, 지혈제 조성물. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 지혈제는 접착성 패치 또는 필름 형태인 것인, 지혈제 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항의 하이드로젤을 포함하는, 조직 접착제 조성물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 조직 접착제는 조직 간의 유착방지 효과를 나타내는 것인, 조직 접착제 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항의 하이드로젤을 포함하는, 세포 분화 촉진용 조성물.
- 제12항에 있어서,
상기 세포는 줄기세포, 태아줄기세포, 유도만능줄기세포, 배아줄기세포 또는 성체줄기세포인 것인, 세포 분화 촉진용 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항의 하이드로젤을 포함하는, 세포 배양용 조성물.
- 제14항에 있어서,
상기 배양은 삼차원 배양인 것인, 세포 배양용 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항의 하이드로젤을 포함하는, 약물 전달용 조성물.
- 제16항에 있어서,
상기 약물은 하이드로젤 내에 봉입되는 것인, 약물 전달용 조성물. - 제16항에 있어서,
상기 약물은 면역세포 활성화제, 항암제, 치료용 항체, 항생제, 항박테리아제, 항바이러스제, 항염증제, 조영제, 단백질 의약품, 성장인자, 사이토카인, 펩티드 약물, 발모제 및 이들의 조합들로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것을 포함하는 것인, 약물 전달용 조성물. - 제16항에 있어서,
상기 조성물은 접착성 패치 또는 필름 형태인 것인, 약물 전달용 조성물. - a) 히알루론산에서 수산기(-OH)를 세로토닌으로 치환하는 단계; 및
b) 치환된 세로토닌으로 수식된 히알루론산을 가교(cross-linking) 결합하여 하이드로젤을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는, 세로토닌으로 수식된 히알루론산을 포함하는 하이드로젤 제조방법.
