Description
도 2는 ELISA-기반 검정에서 웰 코팅을 위해 최적 농도를 결정하기 위한 고상 상에서의 센트린-1 및 센트린-2 항원에 대한 상업적으로 이용가능한 항-센트린-1 항체(MO1 및 MO5)의 적정 결과를 나타내는 그래프이다.
도 3a(좌측 패널) 및 3b(우측 패널)는 포획 ELISA를 사용하여 센트린-1(좌측 패널) 및 센트린-2(우측 패널)에 대한 상업적 항체 M01 및 M05의 결합을 비교하는 그래프이다. 배경 수준은 세포 배양으로부터 배지(HAT)를 사용하여 결정되었다. 마우스 67로부터의 항체가 음성 대조군으로 사용되었다.
