Claims (15)
- 차량의 외부에 대한 시야를 갖도록 상기 차량에 배치되어 이미지 데이터를 캡쳐하고, 상기 캡쳐된 이미지 데이터를 처리하도록 구성된 카메라 모듈;
상기 차량의 외부에 대한 감지 영역을 갖도록 상기 차량에 배치되어 센싱 데이터를 캡쳐하고, 상기 캡쳐된 센싱 데이터를 처리하도록 구성된 적어도 하나의 비이미지 센서 모듈;
상기 차량의 주행 데이터를 검출하는 차량 내부 센서 모듈; 및
상기 이미지 데이터 및 상기 센싱 데이터의 처리에 적어도 부분적으로 기초하여, 상기 차량의 주위에서 감지된 객체와의 충돌을 방지하도록 구성된 컨트롤러 를 포함하되,
상기 컨트롤러는,
상기 이미지 데이터 및 상기 센싱 데이터 중 적어도 하나에 기초하여 상기 차량이 주행 중인 주행 차선에서 상기 차량의 후방에 위치하는 후행 차량의 속도 벡터를 산출하고, 상기 주행 데이터 및 상기 속도 벡터에 기초하여 상기 차량과 상기 후행 차량의 충돌 위험 범위를 산출하고, 상기 충돌 위험 범위 내에서의 충돌 예상 시간(Time to Collision; TTC)을 산출하고, 상기 충돌 예상 시간에 기초하여 경고를 출력하도록 동작 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 충돌 방지 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 컨트롤러는,
상기 속도 벡터에 기초하여 상기 후행 차량이 상기 차량의 좌측 또는 우측으로 이동하는 이동 경로를 예측하고, 상기 이동 경로에 따라 상기 충돌 위험 범위를 산출하는 충돌 방지 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 컨트롤러는,
상기 충돌 예상 시간이 소정의 시간 이내로 판단되는 경우, 경고를 출력하는 충돌 방지 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 컨트롤러는,
상기 충돌 위험 범위로의 상기 차량의 차선 변경 시도가 감지되는 경우, 상기 차량의 조향 장치 및 제동 장치 중 적어도 하나를 제어하여 차선 이탈을 방지하는 충돌 방지 장치. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 컨트롤러는,
상기 이미지 데이터 및 상기 센싱 데이터 중 적어도 하나에 따라 감지된 차선 정보를 이용하여, 상기 충돌 위험 범위로의 상기 차량의 차선 변경 시도를 감지하는 충돌 방지 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 컨트롤러는,
상기 이미지 데이터 및 상기 센싱 데이터에 기초하여 상기 차량의 좌측 또는 우측의 정지 물체를 검출하고, 상기 주행 데이터에 기초하여 상기 차량의 진행 방향과 상기 정지 물체 사이의 기울기를 산출하고, 상기 기울기가 소정의 각도 이상인 경우 경고를 출력하는 충돌 방지 장치. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 컨트롤러는,
상기 정지 물체와 상기 차량 사이의 상대 속도 및 거리를 산출하고, 상기 상대 속도 및 거리에 기초하여 충돌 예상 시간을 산출하고, 상기 충돌 예상 시간이 소정의 시간 이내로 판단되는 경우, 상기 차량의 조향 장치 및 제동 장치 중 적어도 하나를 제어하여 회피 제어하는 충돌 방지 장치. - 차량의 외부에 대한 시야를 갖도록 상기 차량에 배치되어 이미지 데이터를 캡쳐하도록 구성된 카메라 모듈;
상기 차량의 외부에 대한 감지 영역을 갖도록 상기 차량에 배치되어 센싱 데이터를 캡쳐하도록 구성된 적어도 하나의 비이미지 센서 모듈;
상기 차량의 주행 데이터를 검출하는 차량 내부 센서 모듈; 및
상기 캡쳐된 이미지 데이터 및 센싱 데이터를 처리하고, 상기 차량의 주위에서 감지된 객체와의 충돌을 방지하고, 상기 차량에 구비된 적어도 하나의 운전자 보조 시스템 모듈을 제어하도록 구성된 도메인 컨트롤 유닛을 포함하되,
상기 도메인 컨트롤 유닛은,
상기 이미지 데이터 및 센싱 데이터의 처리에 적어도 부분적으로 기초하여, 상기 차량이 주행 중인 주행 차선에서 상기 차량의 후방에 위치하는 후행 차량의 속도 벡터를 산출하고, 상기 주행 데이터 및 상기 속도 벡터에 기초하여 상기 차량과 상기 후행 차량의 충돌 위험 범위를 산출하고, 상기 충돌 위험 범위 내에서의 충돌 예상 시간(Time to Collision; TTC)을 산출하고, 상기 충돌 예상 시간에 기초하여 경고를 출력하도록 동작 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 충돌 방지 시스템. - 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 도메인 컨트롤 유닛은,
상기 속도 벡터에 기초하여 상기 후행 차량이 상기 차량의 좌측 또는 우측으로 이동하는 이동 경로를 예측하고, 상기 이동 경로에 따라 상기 충돌 위험 범위를 산출하는 충돌 방지 시스템. - 제 8 항에 있어서,

상기 충돌 예상 시간이 소정의 시간 이내로 판단되는 경우, 경고를 출력하는 충돌 방지 시스템. - 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 도메인 컨트롤 유닛은,
상기 충돌 위험 범위로의 상기 차량의 차선 변경 시도가 감지되는 경우, 상기 차량의 조향 장치 및 제동 장치 중 적어도 하나를 제어하여 차선 이탈을 방지하는 충돌 방지 시스템. - 제 11 항에 있어서,
상기 도메인 컨트롤 유닛은,
상기 이미지 데이터 및 상기 센싱 데이터 중 적어도 하나에 따라 감지된 차선 정보를 이용하여, 상기 충돌 위험 범위로의 상기 차량의 차선 변경 시도를 감지하는 충돌 방지 시스템. - 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 도메인 컨트롤 유닛은,
상기 이미지 데이터 및 상기 센싱 데이터에 기초하여 상기 차량의 좌측 또는 우측의 정지 물체를 검출하고, 상기 주행 데이터에 기초하여 상기 차량의 진행 방향과 상기 정지 물체 사이의 기울기를 산출하고, 상기 기울기가 소정의 각도 이상인 경우 경고를 출력하는 충돌 방지 시스템. - 제 13 항에 있어서,
상기 도메인 컨트롤 유닛은,
상기 정지 물체와 상기 차량 사이의 상대 속도 및 거리를 산출하고, 상기 상대 속도 및 거리에 기초하여 충돌 예상 시간을 산출하고, 상기 충돌 예상 시간이 소정의 시간 이내로 판단되는 경우, 상기 차량의 조향 장치 및 제동 장치 중 적어도 하나를 제어하여 회피 제어하는 충돌 방지 시스템. - 차량의 외부에 대한 이미지 데이터 및 센싱 데이터와 상기 차량의 주행 데이터를 획득하는 단계;
상기 이미지 데이터 및 상기 센싱 데이터 중 적어도 하나에 기초하여 상기 차량이 주행 중인 주행 차선에서 상기 차량의 후방에 위치하는 후행 차량의 속도 벡터를 산출하는 단계;
상기 주행 데이터 및 상기 속도 벡터에 기초하여 상기 차량과 상기 후행 차량의 충돌 위험 범위를 산출하는 단계;
상기 충돌 위험 범위 내에서의 충돌 예상 시간(Time to Collision; TTC)을 산출하는 단계; 및
상기 충돌 예상 시간에 기초하여 경고를 출력하는 단계를 포함하는 충돌 방지 방법.
