Claims (9)
- 고품위 가공을 행하는 제 1 공작 기계 및 적어도 1 개의 다른 기계가 가동되는 제조 현장에 있어서, 상기 다른 기계의 동작을 관리하는 관리 장치로서,
적어도, 상기 제 1 공작 기계에 의한 가공 후의 워크의 품질 정보와, 상기 다른 기계의 가동 정보를 수집하는 데이터 수집부와,
상기 제 1 공작 기계에 의한 가공 후의 워크의 품질 정보와, 상기 다른 기계의 가동 정보의 상관 관계를 해석하는 해석부와,
상기 해석부가 해석한 상관 관계에 기초하여, 상기 제 1 공작 기계가 고품위 가공을 행할 때에 상기 제 1 공작 기계에 전달되는 진동을 저감하도록, 상기 다른 기계의 동작을 제한하는 동작 계획을 책정하는 동작 계획 책정부와,
상기 동작 계획 책정부가 책정한 동작 계획에 기초하여, 상기 다른 기계에 대해서 동작 지시를 내리는 동작 지시부를 구비한, 공장 설비의 관리 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 다른 기계는 상기 제 1 공작 기계와 상이한 제 2 공작 기계로서,
상기 제한은, 상기 제 2 공작 기계의 축의 속도, 가속도, 동작 빈도 중 적어도 어느 것을 제한하는 것인, 공장 설비의 관리 장치. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 제한을, 상기 제 2 공작 기계의 특정한 축에 한정하여 실시하는, 공장 설비의 관리 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 다른 기계는 상기 제 1 공작 기계와 상이한 공조 장치로서,
상기 제한은, 상기 공조 장치의 풍량을 제한하는 것인, 공장 설비의 관리 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 공작 기계의 가공 프로그램을 선행하여 판독하고, 상기 제 1 공작 기계에서 예정되어 있는 고품위 가공을 개시하는 시각보다 이전에, 상기 다른 기계에 대해서 상기 제한을 실시하는, 공장 설비의 관리 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제한은, 상기 다른 기계의 소정의 동작의 개시 타이밍 및 종료 타이밍 중 적어도 어느 것의 조정인, 공장 설비의 관리 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 상관 관계의 산출을 기계 학습에 의해서 행하는, 공장 설비의 관리 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 데이터 수집부는, 추가로 진동 센서로 검출된 상기 제 1 공작 기계에 발생된 진동 정보를 수집하고,
상기 해석부는, 상기 제 1 공작 기계에 발생된 진동 정보와, 상기 다른 기계의 가동 정보의 상관 관계를 해석하고,
상기 동작 계획 책정부는, 상기 해석부가 해석한 상기 진동 정보와 상기 가동 정보의 상관 관계에 기초하여, 상기 제 1 공작 기계가 고품위 가공을 행할 때에 상기 제 1 공작 기계에 전달되는 진동을 저감하도록, 상기 다른 기계의 동작을 제한하는 동작 계획을 책정하는, 공장 설비의 관리 장치. - 복수의 제 1 항에 기재된 공장 설비의 관리 장치가, 네트워크를 통하여 서로 접속된 관리 시스템으로서,
복수의 상기 공장 설비의 관리 장치 사이에서, 상기 해석부에 의한 해석 결과를 공유 가능한, 관리 시스템.
