Claims (31)
- 고유황 연료유를 석유화학제품으로 전환하기 위한 공정에 있어서, 상기 공정은,
분해된 연료유 유출액을 형성하기 위하여, 비등층 또는 슬러리층 연료유 수소첨가분해기에서 고유황 연료유를 수소첨가분해하는 단계;
상기 분해된 연료유 유출액을 경질 분획 및 중질 분획으로 분리하는 단계;
분해된 유출액을 형성하기 위하여, 증류액 수소첨가분해기에서 상기 경질 분획을 수소첨가분해하는 단계;
상기 분해된 유출액을 수소 분획, 경질 탄화수소 분획, 경질 나프타 분획 및 중질 나프타 분획으로 분리하는 단계;
수소 그리고 벤젠, 톨루엔 및 자일렌 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 개질기 유출액을 생성하기 위하여, 상기 중질 나프타 분획을 개질하는 단계;
에틸렌, 프로필렌, 벤젠, 톨루엔 및 자일렌 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 증기 분해기 유출액을 생성하기 위하여, 상기 경질 탄화수소 분획 및/또는 상기 경질 나프타 분획을 증기 분해하는 단계;를 포함하는, 공정. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
일산화탄소 및 수소를 포함하는 합성가스를 생성하기 위하여, 상기 중질 분획을 기화하는 단계;
상기 합성가스 또는 상기 합성가스로부터 회수된 수소를 상기 연료유 수소첨가분해기로 공급하는 단계;를 더 포함하는, 공정. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 증기 분해기 유출액을 수소 분획, 하나 이상의 경질 올레핀 분획, 하나 이상의 방향족 화합물 분획, 및 열분해 가스유 분획으로 분리하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 공정. - 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 증기 분해기 유출액 수소 분획을 상기 증류액 수소첨가분해기로 공급하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 공정. - 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 열분해 가스유 분획을 상기 연료유 수소첨가분해기로 공급하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 공정. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
수소 분획 및 하나 이상의 방향족 화합물 분획을 형성하기 위하여, 상기 개질기 유출액을 분리하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 공정. - 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 개질기 유출액 수소 분획을 상기 증류액 수소첨가분해기로 공급하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 공정. - 고유황 연료유를 석유화학제품으로 전환하기 위한 시스템에 있어서, 상기 시스템은,
고유황 연료유를 수소첨가분해하여 분해된 연료유 유출액을 형성하기 위한, 비등층 또는 슬러리층 연료유 수소첨가분해기;
상기 분해된 연료유 유출액을 경질 분획 및 중질 분획으로 분리하기 위한, 제1 분리 시스템;
상기 경질 분획을 수소첨가분해하여 분해된 유출액을 형성하기 위한, 증류액 수소첨가분해기;
상기 분해된 유출액을 수소 분획, 경질 탄화수소 분획, 경질 나프타 분획, 및 중질 나프타 분획으로 분리하기 위한, 제2 분리 시스템;
상기 중질 나프타 분획을 개질하여, 수소 그리고 벤젠, 톨루엔 및 자일렌 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 개질기 유출액을 생성하기 위한, 접촉 개질기;
상기 경질 탄화수소 분획 및/또는 상기 경질 나프타 분획을 증기 분해하여, 에틸렌, 프로필렌, 벤젠, 톨루엔, 및 자일렌 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 증기 분해기 유출액을 생성하기 위한, 증기 분해기;를 포함하는, 시스템. - 청구항 8에 있어서,
상기 중질 분획을 기화하여, 일산화탄소 및 수소를 포함하는 합성가스를 생성하기 위한, 기화기;
상기 합성가스 또는 상기 합성가스로부터 회수된 수소를 상기 연료유 수소첨가분해기로 공급하기 위한, 유동 배관;을 더 포함하는, 시스템. - 청구항 8에 있어서,
상기 증기 분해기 유출액을 수소 분획, 하나 이상의 경질 올레핀 분획, 하나 이상의 방향족 화합물 분획, 및 열분해 가스유 분획으로 분리하기 위한, 제3 분리 시스템을 더 포함하는, 시스템. - 청구항 10에 있어서,
상기 증기 분해기 유출액 수소 분획을 상기 증류액 수소첨가분해기로 공급하기 위한, 유동 배관을 더 포함하는, 시스템. - 청구항 10에 있어서,
상기 열분해 가스유 분획을 상기 연료유 수소첨가분해기 또는 상기 증류액 수소첨가분해기 또는 이들 모두에 공급하기 위한, 유동 배관을 더 포함하는, 시스템. - 청구항 8에 있어서,
상기 개질기 유출액을 분리하여, 수소 분획 및 하나 이상의 방향족 화합물 분획으로 형성하기 위한, 제4 분리 시스템을 더 포함하는, 시스템. - 청구항 13에 있어서,
상기 개질기 유출액 수소 분획을 상기 증류액 수소첨가분해기로 공급하기 위한, 유동 배관을 더 포함하는, 시스템. - 청구항 8에 있어서,
상기 열분해 가스유 분획을 경질 열분해 가스유 분획 및 중질 열분해 가스유 분획으로 분리하기 위한, 분리기를 더 포함하는, 시스템. - 청구항 15에 있어서,
상기 중질 열분해 가스유 분획을 상기 연료유 수소첨가분해기로 공급하기 위한, 유동 배관; 및
상기 경질 열분해 가스유 분획을 상기 증류액 수소첨가분해기로 공급하기 위한, 유동 배관;을 더 포함하는, 시스템. - 고유황 연료유를 석유화학제품으로 전환하기 위한 공정에 있어서, 상기 공정은,
분해된 연료유 유출액을 형성하기 위하여, 비등층 또는 슬러리층 연료유 수소첨가분해기에서 고유황 연료유를 수소첨가분해하는 단계;
상기 분해된 연료유 유출액을 경질 분획 및 중질 분획으로 분리하는 단계;
분해된 유출액을 형성하기 위하여, 증류액 수소첨가분해기에서 상기 경질 분획을 수소첨가분해하는 단계;
수소, 황화수소, 및/또는 암모니아를 포함하는 하나 이상의 가스 분획를 회수하고, 경질 탄화수소 분획 및 중질 탄화수소 분획을 포함하는 2 이상의 탄화수소 분획을 회수하기 위하여, 상기 분해된 유출액을 분리하는 단계;
나프타 범위 및 더 가벼운 탄화수소를 포함하는 수소첨가분해된 유출액을 생성하기 위하여, 상기 중질 탄화수소 분획을 수소첨가분해하는 단계;
에틸렌, 프로필렌, 부타디엔, 벤젠, 톨루엔, 자일렌, 및/또는 메틸 3차-부틸 에테르를 포함하는 석유화학제품을 생성하기 위하여, 상기 경질 탄화수소 분획 및 상기 수소첨가분해된 유출액을 에틸렌 단지(ethylene complex)로 공급하는 단계;를 포함하는, 공정. - 청구항 17에 있어서,
일산화탄소 및 수소를 포함하는 합성가스를 생성하기 위하여, 상기 중질 분획을 기화하는 단계; 및
상기 합성가스 또는 상기 합성가스로부터 회수된 수소를 상기 연료유 수소첨가분해기로 공급하는 단계;를 더 포함하는, 공정. - 청구항 17에 있어서,
상기 중질 분획을 딜레이트 코킹 유닛 또는 시멘트 공장으로 공급하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 공정. - 청구항 17에 있어서,
상기 중질 분획은 0.5 wt% 미만의 유황을 함유하는, IMO를 준수하는 초저유황 연료유인 것인, 공정. - 청구항 17에 있어서,
상기 에틸렌 단지에서 석유화학제품을 생성하는 단계는 증기 분해, 접촉 분해, 복분해, 에테르화, 부타디엔 추출, 방향족 화합물 추출, 및/또는 불균등화 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 것인, 공정. - 청구항 17에 있어서,
상기 분해된 유출액을 형성하기 위하여, 증류액 수소첨가분해기에서 상기 경질 분획을 수소첨가분해하는 단계는,
수소처리 촉매를 포함하는 제1 반응 구역에서 상기 경질 분획을 반응시키는 단계;
담지되지 않은 3 금속의 촉매를 포함하는 제2 반응 구역에서 상기 제1 반응 구역 유출액을 반응시키는 단계; 및
질소-내성의 수소첨가분해 촉매를 포함하는 제3 반응 구역에서 상기 제2 반응 구역 유출액을 반응시키는 단계를 포함하는 것인, 공정. - 청구항 22에 있어서,
상기 제1, 제2, 및 제3 반응 구역 각각은, 약 340 ℃ 내지 약 430 ℃ 범위 내의 온도, 약 150 bara 내지 약 180 bara 범위 내의 압력, 및 약 0.5 h-1 내지 약 2.5 h-1 범위 내의 액 공간 속도에서 작동되는 것인, 공정. - 청구항 17에 있어서,
상기 나프타 범위 및 더 가벼운 탄화수소를 포함하는 수소첨가분해된 유출액을 생성하기 위하여, 상기 중질 탄화수소 분획을 수소첨가분해하는 단계는,
담지되지 않은 3 금속의 촉매를 포함하는 반응 구역에서 상기 중질 탄화수소 분획을 반응시키는 단계; 및
귀금속 제올라이트성 촉매를 포함하는 반응 구역의 다운스트림에서 상기 반응 구역 유출액을 반응시키는 단계;를 포함하는 것인, 공정. - 청구항 24에 있어서,
상기 반응 구역 및 상기 반응 구역의 다운스트림 각각은, 약 300 ℃ 내지 약 400 ℃ 범위 내의 온도, 약 150 bara 내지 약 180 bara 범위 내의 압력, 및 약 0.5 h-1 내지 약 3.0 h-1 범위 내의 액 공간 속도에서 작동되는 것인, 공정. - 청구항 17에 있어서,
상기 연료유 수소첨가분해기에서 고유황 연료유를 수소첨가분해하는 단계는,
약 390 ℃ 내지 약 440 ℃ 범위 내의 온도, 약 170 bara 내지 약 195 bara 범위 내의 압력, 및 약 0.1 h-1 내지 약 0.5 h-1 범위 내의 액 공간 속도에서 작동되는 반응 구역에서 상기 고유황 연료유를 반응시키는 단계를 포함하는 것인, 공정. - 고유황 연료유를 석유화학제품으로 전환하기 위한 시스템에 있어서, 상기 시스템은,
고유황 연료유를 수소첨가분해하여 분해된 연료유 유출액을 형성하기 위한, 비등층 또는 슬러리층 연료유 수소첨가분해기;
상기 분해된 연료유 유출액을 경질 분획 및 중질 분획으로 분리하기 위한, 분리기;
상기 경질 분획을 수소첨가분해하여 분해된 유출액을 형성하기 위한, 증류액 수소첨가분해기;
상기 분해된 유출액을 분리하여, 수소, 황화수소, 및/또는 암모니아를 포함하는 하나 이상의 가스 분획를 회수하고, 경질 탄화수소 분획 및 중질 탄화수소 분획을 포함하는 2 이상의 탄화수소 분획을 회수하기 위한, 분리 시스템;
상기 중질 탄화수소 분획을 수소첨가분해하여, 나프타 범위 및 더 가벼운 탄화수소를 포함하는 수소첨가분해된 유출액을 생성하기 위한, 수소첨가분해기;
상기 경질 탄화수소 분획 및 상기 수소첨가분해된 유출액을 전환하여, 에틸렌, 프로필렌, 부타디엔, 벤젠, 톨루엔, 자일렌, 및/또는 메틸 3차-부틸 에테르를 포함하는 석유화학제품을 생성하기 위한, 에틸렌 단지;를 포함하는, 시스템. - 청구항 27에 있어서,
상기 중질 분획을 기화하여, 일산화탄소 및 수소를 포함하는 합성가스를 생성하기 위한, 기화기; 및
상기 합성가스 또는 상기 합성가스로부터 회수된 수소를 상기 연료유 수소첨가분해기로 공급하기 위한, 유동 배관;을 더 포함하는, 시스템. - 청구항 27에 있어서,
상기 에틸렌 단지는, 증기 분해기, 접촉 분해기, 복분해 유닛, 에테르화 유닛, 부타디엔 추출 유닛, 방향족 화합물 추출 유닛, 및/또는 불균등화 유닛 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 것인, 시스템. - 청구항 27에 있어서,
