Claims (15)
- 알루미나 담체를 염기성 물질로 처리하여 표면 개질한 후, 표면 개질된 알루미나 담체를 산화마그네슘으로 코팅하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 담체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 염기성 물질에 의한 표면 개질 단계는, 염기성 물질이 용해되어 있는 액체 매질 내에 알루미나 담체를 넣어 70℃~90℃의 온도에서 1시간 내지 1일 동안 반응시키는 단계임을 특징으로 하는 촉매 담체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 염기성 물질은 암모니아수, 수산화나트륨, 수산화칼륨, 수산화마그네슘, 수산화칼슘, 수산화암모늄(NH4OH), 탄산암모늄(NH4HCO3), 탄산나트륨(NaHCO3) 및 탄산칼륨으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 담체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 마그네슘 코팅 단계는, 산화마그네슘의 전구체 용액에 알루미나 담체를 넣어 상온에서 1시간 내지 1일 동안 접촉시켜서 반응시킨 후, 건조하고 400℃~1300℃의 온도에서 1~24시간 소성시켜 산점과 기공특성을 조절하는 단계임을 특징으로 하는 촉매 담체의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 산화마그네슘의 전구체는 클로라이드, 나이트레이트, 브로마이드, 옥사이드, 하이드록사이드, 및 아세테이트 전구체로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 담체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산화마그네슘 코팅 단계에서, 산화마그네슘의 사용량은 알루미나 담체 무게 대비 0.001~10 중량%로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 담체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알루미나 담체는 감마, 델타 또는 세타 알루미나를 단독으로 또는 혼합물로서 포함하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 촉매 담체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 염기성 물질에 의해서 표면 개질되고 산화마그네슘에 의해 코팅된 촉매 담체는 촉매 담체를 KOH로 적정 시 20~150 μmol KOH/g 촉매의 산점량을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 담체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알루미나 담체는 바이모달 기공 특성을 갖는 담체를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 담체의 제조방법.
- 염기성 물질로 표면 개질되고, 산화마그네슘이 코팅된 다공성 알루미나 담체에 VIII족 귀금속 성분, 보조금속, 및 알칼리 금속 또는 알칼리토금속이 담지된 탈수소 촉매.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 VIII족 귀금속 성분은 백금, 팔라듐, 이리듐, 로듐, 오스뮴, 루테늄, 또는 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군중에서 선택되는 1종이고, 상기 보조금속은 주석, 게르마늄, 갈륨, 인듐, 아연 및 망간으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종이며, 상기 알칼리 금속 또는 알칼리 토금속은 칼슘, 칼륨, 나트륨, 마그네슘, 리튬, 스트론튬, 바륨, 라듐 및 베릴륨으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 탈수소 촉매.
- VIII족 귀금속 성분, 보조금속, 알칼리 금속 또는 알칼리토금속이 담체에 담지된 구조의 탈수소 촉매를 제조함에 있어서, 알루미나 담체를 염기성 물질로 처리하여 표면 개질한 후, 표면 개질된 알루미나 담체를 산화마그네슘으로 코팅하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탈수소 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 VIII족 귀금속 성분은 백금이고, 상기 보조금속은 주석, 게르마늄, 갈륨, 인듐, 아연 및 망간으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종이며, 상기 알칼리 금속 또는 알칼리 토금속은 칼슘, 칼륨, 나트륨, 마그네슘, 리튬, 스트론튬, 바륨, 라듐 및 베릴륨으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 탈수소 촉매의 제조방법.
- 탈수소화 가능한 탄화수소를 제10항 또는 제11항의 탈수소 촉매와 탈수소화 조건 하에서 접촉시켜 탈수소화 산물을 수득하는 단계를 포함하는 탈수소화 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 방법은 제10항 또는 제11항의 탈수소 촉매를 이용하여 프로판, 수소, 산소를 함유하는 혼합기체를 600~1000℃의 반응 온도, 0.1~5.0 kgf/㎠의 고압, H2/C3 비율이 0 내지 1.0인 조건 하에 기상 반응시켜 프로판으로부터 프로필렌을 제조하는 방법인 것을 특징으로 하는 탈수소화 방법.
