Claims (17)
- 유체 수송관에 있어서,
유체와 접촉하며, 적어도 하나의 지방족 폴리아미드 및 적어도 하나의 충격 보강제를 포함하는 성형 화합물로 형성된 내부 층으로서, 상기 적어도 하나의 폴리아미드는 30 내지 90 mmol/kg의 아민 말단기 농도를 갖는 내부 층 및
상기 내부 층에 직접 연결되며, 적어도 하나의 지방족 폴리아미드를 포함하는 성형 화합물로 형성되고, 적어도 하나의 난연제를 갖는 적어도 하나의 외부 층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 수송관.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 내부 및 외부 층의 폴리아미드는 PA12, PA612, PA1010, PA106, PA1016, PA1012, PA 614, PA 615, PA616, PA618, PA1212, PA610, PA11 및 이의 코폴리아미드, 혼합물 및 블렌드, 바람직하게는 PA12, PA11, PA610, PA612 및 PA11, 특히 바람직하게는 PA12로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되고, 상기 내부 및 외부 층은 바람직하게는 동일한 유형의 폴리아미드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 수송관.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 폴리아미드는 30 내지 80 mmol/kg, 바람직하게는 35 내지 75 mmol/kg, 특히 바람직하게는 40 내지 60 mmol/kg의 아미노 말단기 농도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 수송관.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 적어도 하나의 난연제는 할로겐이 없는 난연제, 바람직하게는 유기 난연제이며, 특히, 멜라민과 시아누르산의 전환 생성물, 멜라민의 축합 생성물, 멜렘, 멜람, 멜론, 멜라민과 폴리인산의 전환 생성물, 멜라민의 축합 생성물과 폴리인산의 전환 생성물, 금속 포스피네이트, 인산 에스테르 및/또는 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 수송관.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 외부 층은, 상기 성형 화합물의 중량에 대해 각각, 5 내지 30 중량%, 바람직하게는 10 내지 25 중량%, 특히 바람직하게는 11 내지 20 중량%의 상기 적어도 하나의 난연제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 수송관.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 적어도 하나의 충격 보강제는 에틸렌-프로필렌 공중합체, 에틸렌-1-부텐 공중합체, 에틸렌-프로필렌-1-부텐 공중합체, 스티렌 공중합체, 스티렌 블록 공중합체 및 이의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 어느 하나인 관능화된 충격 보강제인 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 수송관.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 적어도 하나의 충격 보강제는 상기 내부 층에 0.1 내지 30 중량%, 바람직하게는 5 내지 25 중량%, 특히 바람직하게는 10 내지 20 중량%의 양으로 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 수송관.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 외부 층은 추가 첨가제를 더 포함하고, 상기 성형 화합물의 중량에 대한 상기 추가 첨가제의 합계는 0.1 내지 22 중량%으로 이루어지며,
상기 추가 첨가제는,
(i) 0 내지 15 중량%, 바람직하게는 2 내지 12 중량%, 특히 바람직하게는 4 내지 10 중량%의 적어도 하나의 가소제,
(ii) 0.1 내지 2 중량%, 바람직하게는 0.2 내지 1.5 중량%, 특히 바람직하게는 0.3 내지 1 중량%의 적어도 하나의 안정제, 특히 열안정제,
(iii) 0 내지 5 중량%, 바람직하게는 0.1 내지 4 중량%, 특히 바람직하게는 0.2 내지 3.5 중량%의, UV 안정제, 열전도성 첨가제, 난연성 상승제, 가공 보조제, 윤활제, 착색 및 마킹 물질, 무기 안료, 유기 안료, IR 흡수제, 팽창성 수단으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 어느 하나의 추가 첨가제 및/또는 이의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 수송관.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 외부 층을 형성하는 성형 화합물은 ISO 307에 따라 측정된 상대 점도가 1.6 내지 1.9인 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 수송관.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 내부 층을 형성하는 성형 화합물은 ISO 307에 따라 측정된 상대 점도가 1.8내지 2.3인 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 수송관.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 외부 층은 0.1 내지 1.5 mm, 바람직하게는 0.12 내지 1.4 mm, 특히 바람직하게는 0.15 내지 1.3 mm 범위의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 수송관.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 유체 수송관은 상기 내부 층과 상기 외부 층 사이에 접착제 층을 갖지 않으며, 바람직하게는 상기 내부 및 외부 층으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 수송관.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 유체는 액체, 바람직하게는 냉각제, 특히 바람직하게는 물-알코올 혼합물, 특히 물-글리콜 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 수송관.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 유체 수송관은 평활관 또는 파상관의 형태로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 수송관.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 유체 수송관은 공압출, 블로우 성형 및 사출 성형, 바람직하게는 공압출에 의해 상기 내부 및 외부 층용 성형 화합물로부터 제조될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 수송관.
- 제1항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 유체 수송관의 용도로서,
액체, 바람직하게는 수용액, 특히 바람직하게는 냉각제의 수용액, 특히 물-알코올 혼합물의 공급을 위한 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 수송관의 용도.
- 제16항에 있어서,
상기 유체 수송관은 모터 또는 전지, 특히 전기 자동차의 유체의 공급에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 수송관의 용도.
