Claims (10)
- 평균 두께 0.9 내지 10 mm의 폴리에스테르 발포시트; 및
발포시트의 일면 또는 양면에 형성된 평균 두께 15 내지 200 ㎛의 폴리에스테르 필름이 합지된 구조를 포함하며,
상기 폴리에스테르 필름은 무연신 필름이고,
온도 200℃에서 10분간 처리한 후, 신율이 200 내지 600%인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합시트.
- 제1항에 있어서,
폴리에스테르 발포시트는 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트(Polyethylene Terephthalate, PET) 발포시트이며,
폴리에스테르 필름은 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 필름인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합시트.
- 제1항에 있어서,
폴리에스테르 발포시트의 밀도는 50 내지 700 kgf/m3 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합시트.
- 제1항에 있어서,
무연신 필름의 인장강도는 15 kg/mm2 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합시트.
- 제1항에 따른 복합시트를 성형장치의 암형 금형과 수형 금형 사이에 배치하는 단계; 및
상기 암형 금형과 수형 금형을 가압하여 성형하는 단계를 포함하며,
상기 성형하는 단계는 상기 암형 금형의 표면 온도를 40 내지 200℃로 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장용기의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,
복합시트는,
일면에 융점이 180 내지 250℃이거나, 연화점이 100 내지 150℃인 폴리에스테르 파우더 또는 수지가 적층된 폴리에스테르 발포시트 상에 폴리에스테르 필름을 합지하는 공정에 의해서 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 포장용기의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 복합 시트는
일면에 융점이 180 내지 250℃이거나, 연화점이 100 내지 150℃인 폴리에스테르 파우더 또는 수지가 적층된 폴리에스테르 필름 상에 폴리에스테르 발포시트를 합지하는 공정에 의해서 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 포장용기의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,
성형된 포장용기를 -10 내지 20℃의 온도 범위에서 냉각하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장용기의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,
하기 수학식 1을 만족하는 하는 포장용기를 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장용기의 제조방법:

수학식 1에서,
수용부 및 개구부를 포함하는 포장용기를 형성하되,
H는 수용부의 깊이를 나타내고, 1 내지 15 cm이며,
D는 개구부의 직경을 나타낸 것이다.
- 제9항에 있어서,
포장용기는,
바닥부 및 바닥부의 둘레를 따라 상단이 개방된 상태의 벽부를 포함하고,
상기 바닥부의 평균 두께 및 벽부의 평균 두께는 각각 0.8 내지 3.0 mm 범위이며,
상기 바닥부의 평균 두께(Ta) 및 벽부의 평균 두께(Tb)의 비율(Ta:Tb)은 1:0.9 내지 1.1 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 포장용기의 제조방법.
