Claims (7)
- 무기입자를 포함하는 폴리에스테르 수지를 압출 발포하여 용기의 설정된 두께의 30~50%의 두께를 갖도록 폴리에스테르 발포시트를 제조하는 발포시트 단계;
압출 발포된 폴리에스테르 발포시트를 예열하여 용기 성형 몰드에서 후발포를 유도하면서 설정된 두께를 갖도록 용기를 성형하는 용기 성형단계를 포함하되,
상기 발포시트 단계의 폴리에스테르 발포시트의 밀도는 120~250㎏/㎥이고, 용기 성형단계의 용기는 폴리에스테르 발포시트 보다 낮은 밀도로 용기의 밀도는 50~150㎏/㎡인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 발포체를 활용한 용기 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 무기입자는 0.5 중량% 내지 5 중량% 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 발포체를 활용한 용기 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 폴리에스테르 수지는 재생 폴리에스테르 수지를 포함는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 발포체를 활용한 용기 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 용기 성형단계에서 폴리에스테르 발포시트의 표면온도가 폴리에스테르 수지의 유지전이온도(Tg)에서 결정화온도(Tc) 사이로 예열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 발포체를 활용한 용기 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 용기 성형단계에서 폴리에스테르 발포시트의 표면온도가 60~160℃로 예열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 발포체를 활용한 용기 제조방법.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제4항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항의 제조방법으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기.
