Claims (8)
- 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트(Polyethylene Terephthalate, PET) 수지에 탄산칼슘 입자가 분산된 폴리에스테르 발포시트로서,
상기 탄산칼슘 입자는 D1 평균 입경을 가진 제1 탄산칼슘 입자군; 및 D2 평균 입경을 가진 제2 탄산칼슘 입자군을 포함하고,
상기 제1 탄산칼슘 입자군과 제2 탄산칼슘 입자군의 비율은 1.1:1 내지 1:5 중량비 범위이며,
상기 D1 평균 입경과 상기 D2 평균 입경의 관계는 하기 수학식을 만족하고,
표면 균일도에 대한 신뢰성 평가 시, 가로 10 cm Х 세로 10 cm의 단위 면적당 형성된 주름의 개수가 2개 이하인 폴리에스테르 발포시트:

상기 수학식에서, D2는 4 내지 8㎛ 범위이다.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 탄산칼슘 입자군의 D1 평균 입경은 1.5 내지 3㎛인 폴리에스테르 발포시트.
- 제1항에 있어서,
평균 두께는 1 내지 10mm이며, KS M ISO 845:2012에 따른 평균 발포 밀도는 100 내지 600 kg/m3인 폴리에스테르 발포시트.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 발포시트의 셀 사이즈는 평균 100 ㎛ 내지 700 ㎛인 폴리에스테르 발포시트.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 탄산칼슘 입자의 함량은 0.5 내지 5중량% 범위인 폴리에스테르 발포시트. - 삭제
