- 아연계 또는 알루미늄계 코팅으로 코팅된 용융도금 코팅된 (hot-dip coated) 강 시트의 제조 방법으로서,
A. 중량% 로
0.05 ≤ C ≤ 0.20%,
1.5 ≤ Mn ≤ 3.0%,
0.10 ≤ Si ≤ 0.45%,
0.10 ≤ Cr ≤ 0.60%,
Al ≤ 0.20%,
V < 0.005%,
및, 순전히 선택적인 기준에 따라, 다음과 같은 하나 이상의 원소들
P < 0.04%,
Nb ≤ 0.05%,
B ≤ 0.003%,
Mo ≤ 0.20%,
Ni ≤ 0.1%,

ii. 분위기 (A2) 가 A1 과 동일하고 이슬점 (DP2) 이 DP1 와 동등한 상기 소킹 섹션에서 T1 으로부터 700 ~ 900℃ 의 온도 (T2) 로 상기 강 시트를 소킹하는 단계,
iii. 이슬점 (DP3) 이 -30℃ 이하인 불활성 가스 및 1 ~ 30 체적% 의 H2 를 포함하는 분위기 (A3) 를 가지는 상기 냉각 섹션에서 T2 로부터 400 ~ 700℃ 의 T3 로 상기 강 시트를 냉각시키는 단계,
iv. 선택적으로, 이슬점 (DP4) 이 -30℃ 이하인 불활성 가스 및 1 ~ 30 체적% 의 H2 를 포함하는 분위기 (A4) 를 가지는 상기 균등화 섹션에서 온도 (T3) 로부터 400 ~ 700℃ 의 온도 (T4) 로 상기 강 시트를 균등화하는 단계, 및
C. 아연계 또는 알루미늄계 욕에서의 어닐링된 강 시트의 용융 도금 코팅 단계
를 포함하는, 용융도금 코팅된 강 시트의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
단계 A) 에서, 상기 강 시트는 0.30 중량% 미만의 Si 를 포함하는, 용융도금 코팅된 강 시트의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
단계 A) 에서, 상기 강 시트는 0.0001 중량% 초과의 V 를 포함하는, 용융도금 코팅된 강 시트의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
단계 B.i) 및 단계 B.ii) 에서, A1 은 1 ~ 10 체적% 의 H2 를 포함하고, A2 는 A1 과 동일한, 용융도금 코팅된 강 시트의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,

상기 외부 산화물은 상기 강 시트의 표면에서 구상체들 (nodules) 의 형태인, 용융도금 코팅된 강 시트. - 제 14 항 또는 제 15 항에 있어서,
강의 미세조직은 베이나이트, 마텐자이트, 페라이트 및 선택적으로 오스테나이트를 포함하는, 용융도금 코팅된 강 시트. - 제 14 항 내지 제 16 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
