Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- 자유 친수성 중합체 및 폴리우레탄을 포함하는 멤브레인(membrane)으로서,
상기 폴리우레탄은, 다이이소시아네이트, 중합체성 지방족 다이올, 및 임의적으로, 쇄 연장제의 반응 생성물을 포함하는 골격(backbone)을 포함하고, 이때 상기 골격은 C2-C16 플루오로알킬 또는 C2-C16 플루오로알킬 에터를 포함하거나,
상기 폴리우레탄은, C2-C16 플루오로알킬 또는 C2-C16 플루오로알킬 에터를 포함하는 말단 기를 포함하는, 멤브레인. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 멤브레인이, 멤브레인의 총 중량을 기준으로 85 내지 99.5 중량%의 폴리우레탄, 및 멤브레인의 총 중량을 기준으로 0.5 내지 15 중량%의 자유 친수성 중합체를 포함하는, 멤브레인. - 멤브레인을 형성하기 위한 조성물로서,
상기 조성물은, 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로 90 내지 99.5 중량%의 용매 및 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로 0.5 내지 10 중량%의 중합체 혼합물을 포함하고,
상기 중합체 혼합물은, 중합체 혼합물의 총 중량을 기준으로 85 내지 99.5 중량%의 폴리우레탄 및 중합체 혼합물의 총 중량을 기준으로 0.5 내지 15 중량%의 자유 친수성 중합체를 포함하고,
상기 폴리우레탄은, 다이이소시아네이트, 중합체성 지방족 다이올, 및 임의적으로, 쇄 연장제의 반응 생성물을 포함하는 골격을 포함하고, 이때 상기 골격은 C2-C16 플루오로알킬 또는 C2-C16 플루오로알킬 에터를 포함하거나, 또는
상기 폴리우레탄은, C2-C16 플루오로알킬 또는 C2-C16 플루오로알킬 에터를 포함하는 말단 기를 포함하는, 조성물. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리우레탄이 친수성 중합체 잔기(moiety)가 없는, 멤브레인 또는 조성물. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리우레탄의 골격이, 150 g/mol 내지 1000 g/mol의 Mn을 갖는 플루오로알킬 또는 플루오로알킬 에터를 포함하는 블록을 포함하는, 멤브레인 또는 조성물. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리우레탄의 골격이, 골격의 총 중량을 기준으로 1 중량% 이상 10 중량% 이하의 C2-C16 플루오로알킬 또는 C2-C16 플루오로알킬 에터를 포함하는, 멤브레인 또는 조성물. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 말단 기가, C2-C16 플루오로알킬 또는 C2-C16 플루오로알킬 에터를 포함하는 일작용성 알코올 또는 아민으로부터 형성된 것인, 멤브레인 또는 조성물. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리우레탄이, 폴리우레탄의 총 중량을 기준으로 0.1 중량% 내지 3 중량%의, C2-C16 플루오로알킬 또는 C2-C16 플루오로알킬 에터를 포함하는 말단 기를 포함하는, 멤브레인 또는 조성물. - 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 다이이소시아네이트가 지방족 다이이소시아네이트인, 멤브레인 또는 조성물. - 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 중합체성 지방족 다이올이 폴리카보네이트 다이올을 포함하는, 멤브레인 또는 조성물. - 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 중합체성 지방족 다이올이 폴리실록산 다이올, 또는 폴리실록산을 포함하는 랜덤 또는 블록 공중합체 다이올을 포함하는, 멤브레인 또는 조성물. - 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 중합체성 지방족 다이올이 폴리실록산 다이올, 폴리카보네이트 다이올, 폴리(테트라메틸렌 옥사이드) 다이올 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는, 멤브레인 또는 조성물. - 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 중합체성 지방족 다이올이 폴리실록산 다이올; 및 폴리카보네이트 다이올 및 폴리(테트라메틸렌 옥사이드) 다이올 중 하나 이상을 포함하는, 멤브레인 또는 조성물. - 제 1 항 내지 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 자유 친수성 중합체가 폴리(에틸렌 옥사이드), 폴리비닐피롤리돈, 폴리아크릴산, 폴리비닐 알코올 또는 히알루론산을 포함하는, 멤브레인 또는 조성물. - 제 1 항 내지 제 14 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 자유 친수성 중합체가, 폴리우레탄과 자유 친수성 중합체의 총 합친 중량을 기준으로 10 내지 30 중량%의 양으로 존재하는, 멤브레인 또는 조성물. - 제 1 항 내지 제 15 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 용매가, 조성물 중 용매의 총량을 기준으로, 40 중량% 이상의 테트라하이드로퓨란(THF), 메틸-테트라하이드로퓨란(메틸-THF) 또는 이들의 혼합물; 및 1 내지 60 중량%의 양의, 메탄올, 에탄올, 이소부탄올, 프로판올, 메틸 에틸 케톤 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는, 조성물. - 제 1 항 내지 제 16 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 용매가, 조성물 중 용매의 총량을 기준으로, 70 중량% 이상의 THF; 및 1 내지 30 중량%의 양의, 프로판올, 이소부탄올, 메틸-THF, 메틸 에틸 케톤 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는, 조성물. - 제 3 항 내지 제 17 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물로부터 형성된 멤브레인.
- 제 1 항, 제 2 항 및 제 4 항 내지 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 멤브레인이, 상기 멤브레인을 질소 하에 24시간 동안 건조시키고, 이어서 50℃에서 1시간 동안 대류 오븐에서 건조시킨 후, 50 ppm 미만의 잔류 용매 함량을 갖는, 멤브레인. - 제 1 항, 제 2 항 및 제 4 항 내지 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 멤브레인을 포함하는 센서로서,
