Abstract
A) 방향족 폴리카르보네이트 또는 폴리에스테르카르보네이트,
B) 고무-개질된 비닐 (공)중합체,
C) 방향족 및 지방족 구조 단위를 함유하는 탄화수소 수지,
D) 임의로 성분 C와 구별되는 추가의 첨가제
를 함유하며,
성분 C의 경우, 파수 범위 1630 cm-1 내지 1560 cm-1에서의 FTIR 스펙트럼의 적분된 피크 면적 대 파수 범위 1520 cm-1 내지 1350 cm-1에서의 FTIR 스펙트럼의 적분된 피크 면적의 비가 (80-160)·10-3 범위인 것을 특징으로 한다.
Description
Claims (15)
- 하기 구성성분:
A) 방향족 폴리카르보네이트 또는 폴리에스테르카르보네이트,
B) 고무-개질된 비닐 (공)중합체,
C) 방향족 및 지방족 구조 단위를 함유하는 탄화수소 수지,
D) 임의로 성분 C와 구별되는 추가의 첨가제
를 함유하며,
성분 C의 경우, 파수 범위 1630 cm-1 내지 1560 cm-1에서의 FTIR 스펙트럼의 적분된 피크 면적 대 파수 범위 1520 cm-1 내지 1350 cm-1에서의 FTIR 스펙트럼의 적분된 피크 면적의 비가 (80-160)·10-3 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는, 열가소성 성형 물질을 제조하기 위한 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
40 중량% 내지 90 중량%의 성분 A,
5 중량% 내지 50 중량%의 성분 B,
0.5 중량% 내지 15 중량%의 성분 C, 및
0 중량% 내지 20 중량%의 성분 D
를 함유하는 조성물. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 성분 A가 비스페놀-A계 방향족 폴리카르보네이트인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분 B가 괴상 중합으로 제조된 고무-개질된 그라프트 중합체를 함유하는 것인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분 C가 3000 g/mol 미만의 중량-평균 분자량 Mw를 갖는 것인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분 C가 80-115℃의 ASTM E 28에 따른 연화점을 갖는 것인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분 C의 경우, 파수 범위 1630 cm-1 내지 1560 cm-1에서의 FTIR 스펙트럼의 적분된 피크 면적 대 파수 범위 1520 cm-1 내지 1350 cm-1에서의 FTIR 스펙트럼의 적분된 피크 면적의 비가 (100-130)·10-3 범위인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분 C가 1000 g/mol 미만의 중량-평균 분자량 Mw를 갖는 것인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
60 중량% 내지 80 중량%의 성분 A,
15 중량% 내지 35 중량%의 성분 B,
2 중량% 내지 8 중량%의 성분 C, 및
0.2 중량% 내지 10 중량%의 성분 D
를 함유하는 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분 D로서, 난연제, 점적방지제, 난연성 상승작용제, 연기 억제제, 윤활제 및 이형제, 핵형성제, 대전방지제, 전도성 첨가제, 안정화제, 유동 촉진제, 상용화제, 성분 B와 구별되는 추가의 충격 개질제, 추가의 중합체 블렌드 파트너, 충전제 및 강화제 및 또한 염료 및 안료를 포함하는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 첨가제 물질을 함유하는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단지 성분 A) 내지 D)로만 이루어진 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물의 구성성분을 200℃ 내지 320℃의 온도에서 서로 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 성형 물질을 제조하는 방법.
- 제12항에 따른 방법에 의해 수득되거나 또는 수득가능한 성형 물질.
- 사출 성형 또는 열성형 성형품을 제조하기 위한, 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물 또는 제13항에 따른 성형 물질의 용도.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물 또는 제13항에 따른 성형 물질로부터 수득가능한 성형품.
