Claims (13)
- 무기질 경화 매트릭스와, 상기 무기질 경화 매트릭스 중에 분산되어 있는 유기계 보강재와, 상기 유기계 보강재에 부착되고 또한 상기 유기계 보강재의 최대 길이보다 짧은 중공체를 포함하는 경화층을 구비하는, 무기질판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 유기계 보강재는 방수제로 피복되고, 또한, 상기 중공체는 상기 방수제를 통하여 상기 유기계 보강재에 부착되어 있는, 무기질판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 유기계 보강재, 및 상기 유기계 보강재에 부착되어 있는 중공체는 방수제로 피복되어 있는, 무기질판.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 방수제는 합성 수지를 포함하는, 무기질판.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 경화층과,
무기질 경화 매트릭스, 및 상기 무기질 경화 매트릭스 중에 분산되어 있는 유기계 보강재를 포함하는 추가 경화층을 포함하는 적층 구조를 갖고,

상기 2개의 추가 경화층 사이에 위치하는 상기 경화층을 포함하는 적층 구조를 갖고,
상기 추가 경화층은 중공체를 포함하지 않고, 또한, 상기 추가 경화층에서의 상기 유기계 보강재는 상기 경화층에서의 상기 유기계 보강재보다도 작은, 무기질판. - 제 5 항 또는 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 추가 경화층에서의 상기 유기계 보강재는 지방산을 포함하는 방수제로 피복되어 있는, 무기질판.
- 유기계 보강재, 및 상기 유기계 보강재의 최대 길이보다 짧은 중공체의 혼합을 거쳐 제 1 혼합물을 얻는 제 1 공정과,
상기 제 1 혼합물, 수경성 재료, 및 규산질 재료의 혼합을 거쳐 제 2 혼합물을 얻는 제 2 공정과,
상기 제 2 혼합물을 퇴적시켜서 제 2 혼합물 매트를 형성하는 제 3 공정을 포함하는, 무기질판 제조 방법. - 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 공정에서는, 방수제와의 혼합을 거친 유기계 보강재와 중공체가 혼합되어 제 1 혼합물이 얻어지는, 무기질판 제조 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 공정에서는, 유기계 보강재와 중공체의 혼합 후에 상기 유기계 보강재 및 중공체와 방수제가 혼합되어 제 1 혼합물이 얻어지는, 무기질판 제조 방법.
- 제 9 항 또는 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 방수제는 합성 수지를 포함하는, 무기질판 제조 방법.
- 제 8 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수경성 재료, 규산질 재료, 및 유기계 보강재의 혼합을 거쳐 제 3 혼합물을 얻는 제 4 공정과,
상기 제 3 혼합물을 퇴적시켜서 제 3 혼합물 매트를 형성하는 적어도 하나의 제 5 공정을 추가로 포함하고,
상기 제 3 혼합물에서의 상기 유기계 보강재는 상기 제 2 혼합물에서의 상기 유기계 보강재보다도 작고,
상기 제 3 공정 후에 상기 제 5 공정을 행하여 제 2 혼합물 매트 위에 제 3 혼합물 매트를 형성하거나,
상기 제 5 공정 후에 상기 제 3 공정을 행하여 제 3 혼합물 매트 위에 제 2 혼합물 매트를 형성하거나, 또는
상기 제 5 공정 후에 상기 제 3 공정을 행하여 제 3 혼합물 매트 위에 제 2 혼합물 매트를 형성하고, 추가로 상기 제 5 공정을 행하여 상기 제 2 혼합물 매트위에 제 3 혼합물 매트를 형성하는, 무기질판 제조 방법. - 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 제 4 공정에서는, 지방산을 포함하는 방수제와의 혼합을 거친 유기계 보강재와 수경성 재료 및 규산질 재료가 혼합되어 제 3 혼합물이 얻어지는, 무기질판 제조 방법.
