Claims (10)
- 음극 집전체;
상기 음극 집전체의 적어도 일면에 위치한 제1 음극 활물질층; 및
상기 제1 음극 활물질층 상에 위치하는 제2 음극 활물질층;을 포함하되,
상기 제2 음극 활물질층은 플레이크 타입의 활물질 입자들을 포함하고, 상기 플레이크 타입의 활물질 입자들이 수직방향으로 정렬되어 있는 이차전지용 음극.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제2 음극 활물질층의 활물질 입자가 플레이크 타입의 활물질 입자들로 이루어진 이차전지용 음극.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 플레이크 타입의 활물질 입자들은 판상형의 천연흑연, 판상형의 인조흑연 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 이차전지용 음극.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 플레이크 타입의 활물질 입자들은 1:2 내지 1:20의 평균 종횡비를 갖는 이차전지용 음극.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 음극 활물질층은 음극 활물질로서 천연흑연, 인조흑연, 탄소질 재료; 리튬 함유 티타늄 복합 산화물(LTO), SiOx (0 < x <2), Sn, SnOx (0 < x <2), Si-C, Li, Zn, Mg, Cd, Ce, Ni 또는 Fe인 금속류(Me); 상기 금속류(Me)로 구성된 합금류; 상기 금속류(Me)의 산화물(MeOx); 및 상기 금속류(Me)와 탄소와의 복합체로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나의 활물질 입자 또는 이들 중 2종 이상의 혼합물을 포함하는 이차전지용 음극.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 음극 활물질층에 포함된 음극 활물질과 상기 제2 음극 활물질층 에 포함된 음극 활물질의 중량비는 1:9 내지 9:1인 이차전지용 음극.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 음극 활물질층에 포함된 음극 활물질과 상기 제2 음극 활물질층에 포함된 음극 활물질의 중량비는 3:7 내지 7:3인 이차전지용 음극.
- (S1) 음극 집전체의 적어도 일면에 제1 음극 활물질 슬러리를 코팅한 후 건조하여 제1 음극 활물질층을 형성하는 단계;
(S2) 상기 제1 음극 활물질층 상에 플레이크 타입의 활물질 입자들을 포함하는 제2 음극 활물질 슬러리를 코팅하는 단계; 및
(S3) 상기 제2 음극 활물질 슬러리가 유동성을 갖는 동안 자기장을 인가하여 상기 플레이크 타입의 활물질 입자들을 수직방향으로 정렬시킨 다음 상기 제2 음극 활물질 슬러리를 건조하여 제2 음극 활물질층을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하는 이차전지용 음극의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,
상기 자기장이 희토류 금속을 이용하여 1,000 내지 100,000 gauss 범위로 인가되는 제조방법.
- 양극, 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 음극 및 상기 양극과 상기 음극 사이에 개재된 세퍼레이터를 포함하는 이차전지.
