Claims (7)
- 일 방향으로 서로 적층된 복수의 배터리 셀을 포함하는 셀 어셈블리;
상기 일 방향에 수직인 방향에서 상기 셀 어셈블리와 대면하도록 배치되며, 내부에 냉각수가 흐르는 냉각 통로가 형성된 냉각채널 통합 플레이트; 및
상기 셀 어셈블리와 상기 냉각채널 통합 플레이트를 상호 접착시키는 열전도성 접착층;
을 포함하는 배터리 모듈. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 냉각채널 통합 플레이트는 금속 재질로 이루어지며 상기 냉각 통로를 제외한 영역에는 비어 있는 공간이 존재하지 않는 단일 구조물인 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 냉각채널 통합 플레이트는, 필러를 충진한 금속관을 사전 설정된 형상으로 배치하고, 배치된 금속관을 삽입한 상태로 상기 금속관과 동일한 재질의 금속을 이용하여 주조함으로써 제작된 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 복수의 배터리 셀 사이에 배치되며 인접한 배터리 셀과 면접촉하는 제1 영역과 상기 제1 영역의 양단에서 상기 냉각채널 통합 플레이트와 면접촉하는 제2 영역을 갖는 복수의 냉각핀을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 냉각채널 통합 플레이트는 상기 복수의 냉각핀의 제2 영역과 접촉하는 면에 상기 복수의 냉각핀의 제2 영역 사이에 위치하는 돌기구조를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 셀 어셈블리의 최외곽 배터리 셀의 바깥에 배치되어 상기 셀 어셈블리의 내부로 면압을 부여하며 상기 냉각채널 통합 플레이트와 상호 접합되는 엔드 플레이트를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 열전도성 접착층은 상기 복수의 배터리 셀의 단부와 상기 냉각채널 통합 플레이트와 직접 접촉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈.
