Abstract
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 내부에 개질 촉매가 장입되고, 외부로부터 제공되는 반응물과 상기 개질 촉매의 화학 반응에 의해 합성가스를 생성하는 개질 반응부; 및 내부에 연소 촉매가 장입되고, 외부로부터 제공되는 연료와 상기 연소 촉매의 화학 반응에 의해 연소가스를 생성하며, 생성된 상기 연소가스의 열이 상기 개질 반응부에 전달되도록 상기 개질 반응부를 사이에 두고 그 양 측면에 면 접촉하도록 구성되는 연소 반응부를 포함하는, 모듈형 개질 반응 장치가 제공될 수 있다.

도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 모듈형 개질 반응장치에서 개질 반응부 및 연료 공급관을 나타낸 도면이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 모듈형 개질 반응장치에서 열교환기에 의해 액상 탄화수소를 기화 탄화수소로 전환하고 이를 개질 반응부 및 연소 반응부에 공급하는 것을 나타낸 도면이다.

Claims (7)
- 내부에 개질 촉매가 장입되고, 외부로부터 제공되는 반응물과 상기 개질 촉매의 화학 반응에 의해 합성가스를 생성하는 개질 반응부; 및
내부에 연소 촉매가 장입되고, 외부로부터 제공되는 연료와 상기 연소 촉매의 화학 반응에 의해 연소가스를 생성하며, 생성된 상기 연소가스의 열이 상기 개질 반응부에 전달되도록 상기 개질 반응부와 면 접촉하도록 배치되는 연소 반응부;
를 포함하는, 모듈형 개질 반응 장치. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 개질 반응부는,
내부에 수용공간이 형성되고, 그 수용공간에 상기 개질 촉매가 장입되는 육면체 구조의 개질 본체;
상기 개질 본체의 길이 방향에 대하여 교차하는 방향으로 상기 개질 본체를 관통하여 배치되며, 상기 개질 본체의 길이 방향을 따라 간격을 두고 이격되며, 일단으로 연료를 공급하고 타단으로 공기를 공급하는 연료 공급관;
상기 연료 공급관에 길이 방향을 따라 이격 형성되어 상기 연료 및 공기가 상기 개질 본체의 내부로 공급되도록 하는 개구부;
상기 개질 본체의 일측면에 상기 개질 본체의 내부와 연통하도록 제공되며, 상기 연료 공급관에 대하여 교차하는 방향으로 배치되어 상기 개질 본체 내부에 스팀을 공급하는 스팀 공급관; 및
상기 개질 본체의 타측면에 상기 수용공간과 연통하도록 제공되며, 상기 개질 본체에서 생성된 합성가스를 배출하는 합성가스 배출관;
을 포함하는, 모듈형 개질 반응 장치. - 제2 항에 있어서,
상기 연소 반응부는,
내부에 수용공간이 형성되며, 그 수용공간에 상기 연소 촉매가 장입되는 육면체 구조로 이루어지며, 어느 하나의 면이 상기 개질 본체의 한 면과 면 접촉하는 연소 본체;
상기 연소 본체의 일측면에 상기 연소 본체의 내부와 연통하도록 제공되며, 연소에 필요한 연료와 공기가 혼합된 혼합기를 상기 연소 본체의 내부에 공급하는 혼합기 공급관; 및
상기 연소 본체의 타측면에 상기 연소 본체의 내부와 연통하도록 제공되며, 상기 연소 본체 내부에서의 연소 반응에 의해 생성된 연소가스를 배출하는 연소가스 배출관;
을 포함하는, 모듈형 개질 반응 장치. - 제2 항에 있어서,
상기 개구부는 상기 연료 공급관의 하부가 일부 절개된 슬릿(slit) 구조로 이루어진, 모듈형 개질 반응 장치. - 제3 항에 있어서,
상기 개질 본체와 상기 연소 본체 사이에는 격판이 제공되는, 모듈형 개질 반응 장치. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 연소 반응부에서 배출되는 연소가스를 제공받아 액상 탄화수소와 열교환하여 상기 액상 탄화수소를 기화 탄화수소로 전환하여 상기 개질 반응부 및 상기 연소 반응부에 공급하는 열교환부를 더 포함하는, 모듈형 개질 반응 장치. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 개질 반응부에 제공되는 반응물은 스팀, 연료, 공기로 이루어지고,
상기 합성가스는 수소(H2)와 일산화탄소(CO)로 이루어지는, 모듈형 개질 반응 장치.
