Claims (6)
- 용융된 수지를 면형(面形)으로 토출하고, 형성된 수지막을 연속적으로 반송(搬送)되는 강화 섬유 시트 상에 도포하는 프리프레그의 제조 방법에 있어서,
강화 섬유 시트가 실질적으로 수평 방향으로 반송되고, 수지의 토출 방향과 강화 섬유 시트 반송 방향이 이루는 각도가 80° 이하인, 프리프레그의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
수지막을 강화 섬유 시트 상에 도포할 때, 수지막의 폭 방향의 단부(端部)에 기류를 작용시키는, 프리프레그의 제조 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
도포 헤드를 2대 이상 사용하여, 강화 섬유 시트의 양면에 수지, 수지와 첨가제의 혼합물 및 첨가제로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 물질을 도포하는, 프리프레그의 제조 방법. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
도포 헤드를 2대 이상 사용하여, 2종류 이상의 수지를 도포하는, 프리프레그의 제조 방법. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
수지막을 강화 섬유 시트 상에 도포한 후, 함침을 행하는, 프리프레그의 제조 방법. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 프리프레그의 제조 방법으로 프리프레그를 얻은 후, 상기 프리프레그를 경화시키는 공정을 포함하는, 섬유 강화 복합 재료의 제조 방법.
