Description

디스플레이를 갖는 자동차 글레이징 시스템
본 개시내용은 일반적으로 차량의 윈드실드용 라미네이팅된 유리에 관한 것으로, 특히, 차량의 윈드실드용 라미네이팅된 유리 상의 디스플레이에 관한 것이다.
배경 설명은 본 개시내용을 이해하는 데 유용할 수 있는 정보를 포함한다. 여기에 제공된 임의의 정보가 종래 기술이거나 현재 청구된 발명과 관련이 있다는 것 또는 구체적으로 또는 암시적으로 참조된 임의의 공개 문헌이 종래 기술이라는 것을 인정하는 것은 아니다.
유리 시트와 같은 2개의 강성 재료 시트를 포함하는 자동차용 라미네이팅된 유리 또는 윈드실드가 이미 공지되어 있다. 유리 시트는 일반적으로 폴리 비닐 부티랄(PVB)을 포함하는 열가소성 개재층 시트에 의해 함께 연결된다. 자동차용 라미네이팅된 유리는 윈드스크린, 후방 윈도우, 측면 윈도우, 개방 및 비개방 루프, 후사경 또는 전조등용 보호 유리를 의미한다.

특히, 전계발광 장치 형태의 전기 장치를 포함하는 라미네이팅된 글레이징은 종래의 백열 전구 또는 LED보다 작동 수명이 더 길기 때문에 바람직하다. 전계발광 장치 디스플레이는 LED보다 밝으며 모든 각도에서 유사한 표면 밝기를 제공한다. 전계발광 장치 디스플레이는 단색의 좁은 대역폭이며 장거리에서도 볼 수 있다. 또한, 전계발광 장치의 전력 소비는 매우 낮으므로 배터리 장치의 전력을 절약하기 위한 이상적인 해법이다. 전계발광 장치를 포함하는 라미네이팅된 글레이징은 또한 높은 온도 및 습도를 견딜 수 있다. 또한, 전계발광 장치에 의해 제공되는 광은 종종 백열 전구 또는 LED로부터의 광보다 더 확산되고, 미관적으로 더 만족스러운 조명 효과를 제공한다. 본 개시내용의 일 양태는 외부면 및 주변을 따른 세라믹 마스킹된 내부면을 포함하는 제1 기판, 제1 기판의 내부면에 배치된 하나 이상의 개재층, 개재층 상에 배치된 제2 기판, 및 커넥터 요소에 연결되고 제2 기판 및 제1 기판의 세라믹 마스킹된 내부면에 제공되는 하나 이상의 전계발광 장치를 포함하는 라미네이팅된 만곡 물품을 제공한다. 하나 이상의 전계발광 장치는 발광 층 상에 배치된 유전체 층을 포함하고, 유전체 층과 발광 층은 모두는 전도성 층, 절연 층 및 보호 층으로 구성된 다층에 의해 함께 샌드위치된다.

산업상 이용 가능성

Claims (35)

  1. 라미네이팅된 만곡 물품(102)이며,
    외부면 및 주변을 따라 세라믹 마스킹된(104) 내부면으로 구성된 제1 기판(102a);
    제1 기판(102a)의 내부면에 배치된 하나 이상의 개재층(102c);
    개재층(102c) 상에 배치된 제2 기판(102b); 및
    커넥터 요소(126)에 연결되고 제2 기판(102b) 및 제1 기판(102a)의 세라믹 마스킹된(104) 내부면에 제공되는 하나 이상의 전계발광 장치(116)를 포함하고,
    하나 이상의 전계발광 장치(116)는 발광 층(116b) 상에 배치된 유전체 층(116a)을 포함하며,
    유전체 층(116a) 및 발광 층(116b)은 모두 전도성 층(116c), 절연 층(116d) 및 보호 층(116e)으로 구성된 다층에 의해 함께 샌드위치되는, 라미네이팅된 만곡 물품(102).
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제1 기판(102a) 및 제2 기판(102b) 중 하나 또는 둘 모두는 유리 또는 폴리머인, 라미네이팅된 만곡 물품(102).
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 폴리머는 폴리카보네이트(PC) 또는 폴리프로필렌(PP)인, 라미네이팅된 만곡 물품(102).
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 개재층(102c)은 폴리 비닐 부티랄(PVB), 폴리카보네이트, 음향 PVB, 에틸렌 비닐 아세테이트(EVA), 열가소성 폴리우레탄(TPU), 이오노머, 열가소성 재료 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 폴리머를 포함하는, 라미네이팅된 만곡 물품(102).

  6. 제1항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 개재층(102c)은 하나 이상의 전계발광 장치(116)를 수용하도록 변형되는, 라미네이팅된 만곡 물품(102).
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 개재층(102c)은 절단, 가압, 연삭, 가열 또는 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 방법에 의해 변형되는, 라미네이팅된 만곡 물품(102).
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 전계발광 장치(116)는 광학적으로 투명하거나 불투명하거나 반투명한, 라미네이팅된 만곡 물품(102).
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 전계발광 장치(116) 및 커넥터 요소(126)는 인쇄, 퇴적 또는 다른 적절한 방법에 의해 라미네이팅된 만곡 물품(102)에 통합되는, 라미네이팅된 만곡 물품(102).

  12. 제1항에 있어서, 전도성 층(116c)은 금속, 전도성 폴리머, 금속 그리드, 탄소 나노 튜브(CNT) 층, 그래핀, 투명 전도성 산화물 또는 전도성 산화물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 재료를 포함하는, 라미네이팅된 만곡 물품(102).
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 금속은 구리, 알루미늄, 은 또는 백금으로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는, 라미네이팅된 만곡 물품(102).
  14. 제12항에 있어서, 투명 전도성 산화물은 산화 아연 또는 인듐 주석 산화물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는, 라미네이팅된 만곡 물품(102).
  15. 제12항에 있어서, 전도성 폴리머는 폴리아닐린 또는 폴리인돌로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는, 라미네이팅된 만곡 물품.
  16. 제1항에 있어서, 유전체 층(116a)은 이산화규소, 티타늄산바륨, 티타늄산납 또는 이산화주석으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 재료를 포함하는, 라미네이팅된 만곡 물품(102).
  17. 제1항에 있어서, 발광 층(116b)은 인광체, 황화 아연 또는 황화 카드뮴으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 재료를 포함하는, 라미네이팅된 만곡 물품(102).
  18. 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 전도성 층(116c)은 실질적으로 투명한, 라미네이팅된 만곡 물품(102).
  19. 제1항에 있어서, 선택적으로 전도성 층(116c), 유전체 층(116a) 및/또는 발광 층(116b)은 도핑되는, 라미네이팅된 만곡 물품(102).
  20. 제1항에 있어서, 선택적으로 반사 층이 하나 이상의 전계발광 장치(116) 상에 배치되는, 라미네이팅된 만곡 물품(102).
  21. 제1항에 있어서, 선택적으로, 접착 촉진제 층이 하나 이상의 전계발광 장치(116) 상에 배치되는, 라미네이팅된 만곡 물품(102).
  22. 제1항에 있어서, 커넥터 요소(126)는 차폐 층 사이에 샌드위치되는, 라미네이팅된 만곡 물품(102).
  23. 제22항에 있어서, 차폐 층은 에틸렌 프로필렌 고무, 폴리이미드 및/또는 가교 폴리에틸렌으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 재료를 포함하는, 라미네이팅된 만곡 물품(102).
  24. 차량용 디스플레이 시스템(100)이며,
    하나 이상의 조건을 검출하기 위해 차량에 장착된 하나 이상의 센서(112);
    하나 이상의 조건을 디스플레이하기 위해 제1항에 따른 라미네이팅된 만곡 물품(102)에 통합된 하나 이상의 전계발광 장치(116); 및
    제어기 유닛(114), 드라이버 유닛(122) 및 전력 유닛(120)을 포함하는 전자 회로(114)를 포함하고,
    전자 회로(114)는 하나 이상의 조건의 신호를 생성, 포착 및 전송하기 위해 하나 이상의 커넥터 요소(126)를 통해 하나 이상의 전계발광 장치(116)에 연결되는, 차량용 디스플레이 시스템(100).
  25. 제24항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 센서(112)는 온도 센서, 상대 대기 습도 센서, 대기 품질 센서, 택시미터 기능 센서, 위치 센서, 알코올 센서, Wi-Fi 레벨 센서, 조도 센서, 음향 센서, 근접도 센서, 점유 수준 센서, 졸음 센서, 이미징 센서 또는 이들의 조합으로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는, 차량용 디스플레이 시스템(100).
  26. 제24항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 센서(112)는 차량의 외부 또는 내부 부분에 장착되는, 차량용 디스플레이 시스템(100).
  27. 제24항에 있어서, 전자 회로(114)는
    하나 이상의 센서(112)에 의해 검출된 하나 이상의 조건의 신호를 수신하고 처리하는 제어기 유닛(124);
    제어기 유닛(124)으로부터 수신된 신호를 하나 이상의 전계발광 장치(116)에 입력하는 드라이버 유닛(122); 및
    하나 이상의 전계발광 장치(116) 및 센서(112) 모두에 전력을 제공하는 전력 유닛(120)을 포함하는, 차량용 디스플레이 시스템(100).
  28. 제24항에 있어서, 전자 회로(114)는 유선 또는 무선식인, 차량용 디스플레이 시스템(100).
  29. 제24항에 있어서, 전력 유닛(120)은 배터리인, 차량용 디스플레이 시스템(100).
  30. 하나 이상의 조건을 디스플레이하는 방법(100)이며,
    하나 이상의 센서(112)에 의해 하나 이상의 조건을 감지하는 단계;
    전자 회로(114)에 의해 신호를 수신하고 처리하는 단계; 및
    전자 회로(114)에 의해 제1항에 따른 라미네이팅된 만곡 물품(102)에 통합된 하나 이상의 전계발광 장치(116)에 신호를 입력하는 단계를 포함하는, 디스플레이 방법.
  31. 제1항에 따른 라미네이팅된 만곡 물품(102)을 제조하는 방법이며,
    제1 및 제2 기판(102a, 102b)을 만곡된 형상으로 굴곡시키는 단계;
    조립체를 형성하기 위해 만곡된 제1 및 제2 기판(102a, 102b)을 하나 이상의 개재층(102c) 및 커넥터 요소(126)가 부착된 하나 이상의 전계발광 장치(116)에 조립하는 단계;
    탈기된 조립체를 형성하기 위해 상기 조립체를 탈기하는 단계; 및
    전계발광 일체형 라미네이팅된 만곡 물품(102)을 형성하기 위해 상기 탈기된 조립체를 오토클레이빙하는 단계를 포함하는, 라미네이팅된 만곡 물품 제조 방법.
  32. 제31항에 있어서, 선택적으로, 굴곡 단계 이전에 제1 기판(102a), 제2 기판(102b) 또는 하나 이상의 개재층(102c) 상에 하나 이상의 전계발광 장치(116)를 배치하는 단계를 포함하는, 라미네이팅된 만곡 물품 제조 방법.
  33. 제31항에 있어서, 선택적으로 하나 이상의 전계발광 장치(116)를 수용하기 위해 하나 이상의 개재층(102c)을 변형시키는 단계를 포함하는, 라미네이팅된 만곡 물품 제조 방법.
  34. 제31항에 있어서, 탈기 단계는 적어도 90℃의 온도 및 적어도 1 bar의 부압에서 적어도 30분의 시간 동안 수행되는, 라미네이팅된 만곡 물품 제조 방법.
  35. 제31항에 있어서, 오토클레이빙 단계는 적어도 90℃의 온도 및 적어도 3 bar의 압력에서 적어도 30분의 시간 동안 수행되는, 라미네이팅된 만곡 물품 제조 방법.
