Claims (5)
- (1) 구절초에 에탄올을 첨가하여 추출한 후 여과하여 구절초 추출물을 제조하는 단계;
(2) 멸균시킨 후 분쇄한 옻나무 껍질에 장수버섯균 배양액을 첨가한 후 발효하고 건조한 후 분쇄하여 발효옻을 제조하는 단계;
(3) 상기 (2)단계의 제조한 발효옻에 물을 첨가하여 추출한 후 여과하여 발효옻 추출물을 제조하는 단계; 및
(4) 상기 (1)단계의 제조한 구절초 추출물 및 상기 (3)단계의 제조한 발효옻 추출물과 사과 농축액, 프락토올리고당, 액상과당, 비타민 C 및 폴리덱스트로스를 혼합하는 단계를 포함하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 항산화, 피부 미백 및 항노화 활성이 증진된 구절초 및 발효옻을 이용한 음료의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (4)단계의 혼합은 음료 총 중량 기준으로, 구절초 추출물 8~9 중량%, 발효옻 추출물 75~78 중량%, 사과 농축액 1.6~2.4 중량%, 프락토올리고당 4.5~6 중량%, 액상과당 3.2~4.4 중량%, 비타민 C 0.008~0.012 중량% 및 폴리덱스트로스 3.5~4.5 중량%를 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 항산화, 피부 미백 및 항노화 활성이 증진된 구절초 및 발효옻을 이용한 음료의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,
(1) 구절초에 65~75%(v/v) 에탄올을 0.5~1.5:9.5~10.5(w:v) 비율로 첨가하여 20~25℃ 및 140~180 rpm으로 20~28시간 동안 추출한 후 여과하여 구절초 추출물을 제조하는 단계;
(2) 110~130℃에서 10~20분 동안 멸균시킨 후 분쇄한 옻나무 껍질에 장수버섯균 배양액을 0.8~1.2:2.5~3.5(w:v) 비율로 첨가한 후 25~30℃에서 12~16일 동안 발효하고 35~45℃에서 10~14시간 동안 건조한 후 분쇄하여 발효옻을 제조하는 단계;
(3) 상기 (2)단계의 제조한 발효옻에 물을 0.8~1.2:16~24(w:v) 비율로 첨가한 후 90~110℃에서 2~4시간 동안 추출하고 여과하여 발효옻 추출물을 제조하는 단계; 및
(4) 음료 총 중량 기준으로, 상기 (1)단계의 제조한 구절초 추출물 8~9 중량% 및 상기 (3)단계의 제조한 발효옻 추출물 75~78 중량%와 사과 농축액 1.6~2.4 중량%, 프락토올리고당 4.5~6 중량%, 액상과당 3.2~4.4 중량%, 비타민 C 0.008~0.012 중량% 및 폴리덱스트로스 3.5~4.5 중량%를 혼합하는 단계를 포함하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 항산화, 피부 미백 및 항노화 활성이 증진된 구절초 및 발효옻을 이용한 음료의 제조방법. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항의 방법으로 제조된 항산화, 피부 미백 및 항노화 활성이 증진된 구절초 및 발효옻을 이용한 음료.
- 제4항의 음료를 유효성분으로 함유하는 항산화, 피부 미백 및 항노화용 건강기능식품 조성물.
