Claims (15)
- a) 염화비닐 수지 100중량부에 대하여,
b) 가소제 50 내지 90중량부;
c) 카르복실산 에스테르계 점도저하제 5 내지 20중량부; 및
d) 산성 에스테르계 분산제 0.5 내지 5중량부;를 포함하고,
상기 b) 가소제는 디(2-에틸헥실)사이클로헥산-1,4-디카르복실레이트, 또는 상기 디(2-에틸헥실)사이클로헥산-1,4-디카르복실레이트와 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 화합물의 혼합물을 포함하는, 벽지용 염화비닐 수지 조성물:

상기 화학식 1에서,
R1은 수소 또는 아세틸이고, 및
R2 내지 R4는 각각 독립적으로 C2-8 알킬이다.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 염화비닐 수지는 중합도가 700 내지 1,700이거나 또는 중량평균 분자량이 45,000 내지 200,000 g/mol인, 염화비닐 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 화학식 1로 표시되는 화합물은, 트리부틸시트레이트, 트리(부틸옥틸)시트레이트, 트리옥틸시트레이트 또는 아세틸트리부틸시트레이트인, 벽지용 염화비닐 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 디(2-에틸헥실)사이클로헥산-1,4-디카르복실레이트와 상기 화학식 1로 표시되는 화합물의 혼합 중량비가 9.5:1 내지 1:9.5인, 벽지용 염화비닐 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 점도저하제는 20℃에서의 밀도가 0.85 내지 0.9g/cm3, 응고점이 -7℃ 이하이며, 인화점이 120℃ 이상인, 벽지용 염화비닐 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 분산제는 인산 에스테르계 화합물, 지방산 에스테르계 화합물, 또는 이들이 혼합물인, 벽지용 염화비닐 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 분산제는 20℃에서의 밀도가 0.9 내지 1.3g/cm3이고, 산가가 80 내지 120 mgKOH/g인, 벽지용 염화비닐 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
안정제, 발포제, 충전제 및 지당으로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 첨가제를 더 포함하는, 벽지용 염화비닐 수지 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서,
상기 안정제는, Na-Zn계 화합물, Ca-Zn계 화합물, K-Zn계 화합물, Ba-Zn계 화합물, 유기 Tin계 화합물, 메탈릭 비누계 화합물, 페놀계 화합물, 및 아인산 에스테르계 화합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인, 벽지용 염화비닐 수지 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서,
상기 발포제는 화학적 발포제, 물리적 발포제 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는, 벽지용 염화비닐 수지 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서,
상기 충전제는 탄산칼슘, 칼사이트, 탈크, 카올린, 실리카, 알루미나, 수산화마그네슘 및 점토로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상인, 벽지용 염화비닐 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 a) 염화비닐 수지 100중량부에 대하여,
b) 디(2-에틸헥실)사이클로헥산-1,4-디카르복실레이트, 또는 상기 디(2-에틸헥실)사이클로헥산-1,4-디카르복실레이트와 상기 화학식 1로 표시되는 화합물의 혼합물을 포함하는 가소제 60 내지 80 중량부;
c) 카르복실산 에스테르계 점도저하제 10 내지 20중량부; 및
d) 산성 에스테르계 분산제 1 내지 3중량부;를 포함하고,
안정제 0.5 내지 7 중량부, 발포제 0.5 내지 7 중량부, 충전제 30 내지 150 중량부 및 지당 1 내지 20 중량부를 더 포함하는, 벽지용 염화비닐 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
점도(25℃에서 1시간 숙성 후, Brookfield 점도계로 20RPM의 조건에서 측정)가 4,000 내지 12,000cps인, 벽지용 염화비닐 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 따른 벽지용 염화비닐 수지 조성물을 포함하는 벽지.
