Claims (16)
- 지지체와,
상기 지지체 상에 배치되어, 도전성 성분 및 바인더를 함유하는 도전부를 갖고,
상기 바인더는 수지를 함유하며,
상기 수지의 젤분율이 70% 이상이고,
상기 수지의 함수율이 3% 이하인, 도전성 필름. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 수지가 가교 구조를 갖는, 도전성 필름. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 도전부에 있어서의, 상기 바인더의 체적에 대한 상기 도전성 성분의 체적의 비가, 0.2~2.0인, 도전성 필름. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 수지가, 아크릴계 수지 또는 메타크릴계 수지인, 도전성 필름. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 4 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 도전부가 상기 지지체의 양면 상에 배치되는, 도전성 필름. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 5 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 지지체의 유리 전이 온도가 120℃ 이상인, 도전성 필름. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 6 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 지지체가, 환상 올레핀계 수지를 포함하는, 도전성 필름. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 7 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 도전부 상에 배치된 점착층을 더 갖는, 도전성 필름. - 청구항 8에 있어서,
상기 점착층 상에 배치된 보호 기판을 더 갖는, 도전성 필름. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 9 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 도전성 필름을 변형시켜, 3차원 형상을 갖는 도전성 필름을 얻는 공정 X를 갖는, 3차원 형상을 갖는 도전성 필름의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 10에 있어서,
상기 공정 X의 전에, 70℃ 이상의 온도에서 상기 도전성 필름을 가열하는 공정 Y를 갖는, 3차원 형상을 갖는 도전성 필름의 제조 방법. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 9 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 도전성 필름을 1축 연신 또는 2축 연신하여, 연신 필름을 얻는 공정 Z를 갖는, 연신 필름의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 10 내지 청구항 12 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 방법에 의하여 얻어진 도전성 필름을 포함하는, 터치 센서 필름.
- 3차원 형상을 갖는 지지체와,
상기 지지체 상에 배치되어, 도전성 성분 및 바인더를 함유하는 도전부를 갖고,
상기 바인더는 수지를 함유하며,
상기 수지의 젤분율이 70% 이상이고,
상기 수지의 함수율이 3% 이하인, 3차원 형상을 갖는 도전성 필름. - 청구항 14에 있어서,
상기 3차원 형상이 곡면을 포함하는, 3차원 형상을 갖는 도전성 필름. - 청구항 14 또는 청구항 15에 기재된 3차원 형상을 갖는 도전성 필름을 포함하는 터치 센서 필름.
