Claims (13)
- 불가피 불순물을 제외하고 조성식 FeaSibBcPdCue 로 나타내는 연자성 분말로서,
79≤a≤84.5 at%, 0≤b<6 at%, 4≤c≤10 at%, 4<d≤11 at%, 0.2≤e<0.4 at%, 또한 a+b+c+d+e=100 at% 인, 연자성 분말. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
b≥2 at% 인, 연자성 분말. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
e≥0.3 at% 인, 연자성 분말. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
e≥0.35 at% 인, 연자성 분말. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
d>5 at% 인, 연자성 분말. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
Fe 의 3 at% 이하를, Cr, V, Mn, Co, Ni, Zn, Nb, Zr, Hf, Mo, Ta, W, Ag, Au, Pd, K, Ca, Mg, Sn, C, Y 및 희토류 원소에서 선택되는 1 종류 이상의 원소로 치환한, 연자성 분말. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 불가피 불순물로서 Al, Ti, S, O, N 에서 선택되는 1 종류 이상의 원소를 함유하고 있고, Al 의 함유량이 0.1 질량% 이하이고, Ti 의 함유량이 0.1 질량% 이하이고, S 의 함유량이 0.1 질량% 이하이고, O 의 함유량이 1.0 질량% 이하이고, N 의 함유량이 0.01 질량% 이하인, 연자성 분말. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
Al 의 함유량이 0.01 질량% 이하이고, Ti 의 함유량이 0.01 질량% 이하이고, S 의 함유량이 0.05 질량% 이하이고, O 의 함유량이 0.3 질량% 이하이고, N 의 함유량이 0.002 질량% 이하인, 연자성 분말. - 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
비정질상을 주상으로 하고 있고,
체적비로 10 % 이하인 결정상을 포함하고 있는, 연자성 분말. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
체적비로 3 % 이하인 결정상을 포함하고 있는, 연자성 분말. - 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 연자성 분말을 출발 재료로 하여 제조된, Fe 기 나노 결정 합금 분말.
- 제 11 항에 기재된 Fe 기 나노 결정 합금 분말을 구비하는, 자성 부품.
- 제 11 항에 기재된 Fe 기 나노 결정 합금 분말을 구비하는, 압분 자심.
