도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시 형태에 따른 코일 부품을 나타내는 개략적인 사시도이다.

도 4는 도 3의 코일 부품에서 바디 영역을 확대하여 나타낸 것이다.
도 5는 도 4의 금속 입자에 포함된 결정립을 모식적으로 나타낸 것이다.
도 6 내지 9는 비교 예와 실시 예에 따른 Fe계 나노결정립 합금의 발열 특성을 나타낸 시차주사열량 그래프이며, 도 6 내지 8은 각각 비교 예 1 내지 3을, 도 9는 실시 예를 나타낸다.

Claims (9)
- 코일부가 내부에 배치된 바디; 및
상기 코일부와 접속된 외부 전극;을 포함하며,
상기 바디는 내부에 Fe계 나노결정립 합금으로 이루어진 금속 입자를 포함하되,
상기 Fe계 나노결정립 합금은 시차주사열량(DSC) 그래프에서 1개의 피크를 가지며 상기 피크는 600 ~ 800℃인 코일 부품.

상기 금속 입자는 상기 Fe계 나노결정립 합금으로 이루어진 나노결정립을 포함하며, 상기 나노결정립의 크기는 20-50nm인 코일 부품.

상기 Fe계 나노결정립 합금은 Fe(100-a-x-y-z-p-q)CoaSixByMzCupPq의 조성식으로 표현되되, 여기서, 0≤a≤0.5, 2≤x≤17, 6≤y≤15, 0<z≤5, 0.5≤p≤1.5, 0≤q≤8을 만족하며, M은 Ti, Zr, Hf, V, Nb, Ta, Cr, Mo, W에서 선택된 적어도 1종 이상의 원소인 코일 부품.
