Claims (11)
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 R1은 수소 또는 1 내지 5개의 람노스 및/또는 글루코스 단위로 이루어진 당류인 화합물
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 R1은 람노글루코실인 화합물.
- 과민성 장 증후군이 있으나, 경련성 장 수축은 없는 대상, 및/또는 장내 미생물 불균형 및 만성 경도 전신 염증이 있는 고령의 대상에서 내장 과민증의 치료에 사용하기 위한 (a) 선행하는 항들 중 어느 한 항에 따른 화합물, 및 (b) 나린진 또는 나린제닌의 조합물.
- 과민성 장 증후군이 있으나, 경련성 장 수축은 없는 대상, 및/또는 장내 미생물 불균형 및 만성 경도 전신 염증이 있는 고령의 대상에서 내장 과민증의 치료에 사용하기 위한 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 정의된 화합물 또는 제5항에 따른 조합물을 포함하는 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 액체, 분말 음료, 용액, 정제, 함당정제, 용해성 필름, 현탁액, 식이젤, 캡슐, 츄어블 또는 시럽의 형태인 경구용 조성물인 조성물.
- 제7항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 I, Ia, II 또는 IIa의 화합물은 상기 조성물의 단위 투여량 당 50 mg 내지 1500 mg의 양으로 존재하는 것인 조성물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 나린진 또는 나린제닌은 조성물의 단위 투여량 당 2.5 mg 내지 150 mg의 양으로 존재하는 것인 조성물.
