도 2와 도 3은 종래의 엔진 제어 상태를 나타내는 도면이다.
도 4는 종래와 본 발명에서 엔진 제어 상태를 비교하여 나타낸 도면이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 하이브리드 차량의 난방 시 엔진 제어 방법을 나타내는 순서도이다.
Claims (7)
- 난방을 위한 엔진 강제 구동이 실시되는 하이브리드 차량에서 공조 장치의 작동 시 센서를 통해 공조 제어를 위한 정보가 수집되는 단계;
상기 수집되는 정보에 기초하여 엔진 강제 구동과는 별도 모드의 구동인 프리 엔진 구동이 필요한 조건인지를 판단하는 단계;
상기 프리 엔진 구동이 필요한 조건인 것으로 판단되면, 엔진 효율 및 하이브리드 시스템 효율 정보에 기초하여 프리 엔진 구동이 가능한 조건인지를 판단하는 단계; 및
상기 프리 엔진 구동이 가능한 조건인 것으로 판단되면, 엔진 냉각수 온도를 관리하기 위해 엔진을 구동하는 상기 프리 엔진 구동이 실시되는 단계를 포함하는 하이브리드 차량의 난방 시 엔진 제어 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 난방을 위한 엔진 강제 구동은 센서를 통해 검출된 엔진 냉각수 온도 또는 공조 장치의 토출구 공기 온도가 정해진 난방 시 요구 온도보다 낮은 경우 엔진을 강제 구동하는 모드인 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 난방 시 엔진 제어 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 프리 엔진 구동이 필요한 조건인지를 판단하는 단계에서,
상기 수집되는 정보로서 엔진 냉각수 온도 또는 공조 장치의 토출구 공기 온도를 정해진 프리 엔진 구동 기준온도와 비교하여,
상기 엔진 냉각수 온도 또는 공조 장치의 토출 공기 온도와 상기 프리 엔진 구동 기준온도의 차이가 정해진 온도 차이 값(Td1)에 도달하면, 프리 엔진 구동이 필요한 것으로 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 난방 시 엔진 제어 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 온도 차이 값(Td1)은 공조블로워의 작동 상태, 템프도어의 개도량, 외기온 센서에 의해 검출된 외기온도에 따라 결정되는 가변 값인 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 난방 시 엔진 제어 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 프리 엔진 구동이 가능한 조건인지를 판단하는 단계에서,
상기 엔진 효율 및 하이브리드 시스템 효율이 각각의 설정수준 이상인 경우 프리 엔진 구동이 가능한 조건인 것으로 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 난방 시 엔진 제어 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 프리 엔진 구동 동안 센서에 의해 수집되는 정보로서 엔진 냉각수 온도 또는 공조 장치의 토출구 공기 온도가 프리 엔진 구동이 시작된 시점부터 정해진 온도 변화 값(Td2)만큼 상승하였다면, 프리 엔진 구동을 중지하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 난방 시 엔진 제어 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 온도 변화 값(Td2)은 공조블로워의 작동 상태, 템프도어의 개도량, 외기온 센서에 의해 검출된 외기온도에 따라 결정되는 가변 값인 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 난방 시 엔진 제어 방법.
