Abstract
본 발명에 따른 차량의 난방 공조를 위한 엔진 제어 방법에 의하면, 차량의 주행조건에 따른 엔진클러치의 접합 시간을 고려하여 주행 중 엔진 온 타임을 제어함으로써, 히팅 제어를 위한 엔진 온 횟수, 특히 아이들(idle) 엔진 온 횟수를 최소화하여 배터리 충전량(SOC)의 효율적인 제어를 가능하도록 하고 시동 및 불필요한 실내 난방을 위한 연료소모량을 축소할 수 있는 이점이 있다.

Claims (5)
- 차량 주행을 위한 엔진 온이 아닌 상태에서, 설정된 기준 냉각수 온도 범위로 실내 난방을 위한 히팅 제어가 이루어지도록 하는 제1 엔진 제어 단계:
차량 주행을 위한 엔진 온 상태에서, 기준 냉각수 온도 범위의 하한치를 보다 낮게 설정하는 동시에 상한치를 보다 높게 설정하여 차량 주행을 위한 엔진 온 타임을 증가시키고, 주행을 위한 엔진클러치의 실시간 락업 타임(Lock Up Time)과 평균 락업 타임에 기초하여 엔진 오프 시점을 결정하는 제2 엔진 제어 단계;를 포함하며,
상기 제2 엔진 제어 단계는,
기준 냉각수 온도 범위가 A < B 일 때 "(A-α) ≤ 현재 냉각수 온도"이면 본래 상태를 유지시키고,
실시간 락업 타임이 평균 락업 타임 미만인 경우, 차량 주행을 위한 엔진 온에 따른 주행 중 기준시간 이상 히팅 제어를 위한 엔진 온이 유지되고, "(A-α)≤ 현재 냉각수 온도"를 만족하면, 추가적인 히팅 제어를 위한 추가 엔진 온 타임 만큼 엔진 오프를 지연시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 난방 공조를 위한 엔진 제어 방법.
여기서, 상기 α는 기준 냉각수 온도 최저치 감소분이다.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제1 엔진 제어 단계는,
기준 냉각수 온도 범위가 A < B 일 때, "A ≤ 현재 냉각수 온도"이면 본래 상태를 유지하는 과정과;
"현재 냉각수 온도 < A" 이면 엔진 온 되어 "B ≤ 현재 냉각수 온도" 가 될 때까지 엔진 온 상태가 유지되도록 하는 과정;
을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 난방 공조를 위한 엔진 제어 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제2 엔진 제어 단계는,
"현재 냉각수 온도 < (A-α)"이면 엔진 온을 유지하는 동시에 "(B+β)≤ 현재 냉각수 온도" 까지 엔진 온 상태를 유지하는 과정;
을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 난방 공조를 위한 엔진 제어 방법.
여기서, 상기 α는 기준 냉각수 온도 최저치 감소분이고, 상기 β는 기준 냉각수 온도 최대치 증가분이다.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제2 엔진 제어 단계는,
실시간 락업 타임이 평균 락업 타임 이상인 경우, 차량 주행을 위한 엔진 온에 따른 주행 중 기준시간 이상 히팅 제어를 위한 엔진 온이 유지되고, "(A-α)≤ 현재 냉각수 온도"를 만족하면, 엔진을 오프시키는 과정을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 난방 공조를 위한 엔진 제어 방법.

상기 제2 엔진 제어 단계는,
