Claims (17)
- 수지가 강화 섬유에 함침되어 있는 프리프레그 [a] 및 수지가 함침되어 있지 않은 기재 [b]를 포함하고,
상기 프리프레그 [a] 중 프리프레그 [a]가 적어도 2매 연속해서 적층되어 있는 구조를 갖고,
상기 기재 [b]의 양측이 상기 프리프레그 [a]로 샌드위치된 구조를 포함하는, 프리프레그 적층체. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 프리프레그 적층체의 적어도 한쪽 표면이 의장면이며, 상기 기재 [b]가 상기 의장면측에서부터 2층째 또는 3층째에 적층된, 프리프레그 적층체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 프리프레그 적층체의 적어도 한쪽 표면이 의장면이며, 상기 의장면측의 최외층부터 순서대로, 프리프레그 [a], 기재 [b] 및 2매 이상의 프리프레그 [a]가 연속해서 적층되어 있는 구조를 갖는, 프리프레그 적층체.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 기재 [b]의 단위면적당 중량이 5 내지 100g/㎡인, 프리프레그 적층체.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 기재 [b]의 두께가 0.1 내지 1.5㎜인, 프리프레그 적층체.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 기재 [b]가, 탄소 섬유 또는 유리 섬유를 포함하고, 그 섬유가 불연속인, 프리프레그 적층체.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하기에서 정의되는 프리프레그 구조체 [a1]의 두께가, 하기에서 정의되는 프리프레그 [a2] 1매의 두께의 0.2 내지 9배인, 프리프레그 적층체.
프리프레그 구조체 [a1]: 상기 기재 [b]의 한쪽 면에 적층되어 있는 것으로서, 상기 프리프레그 [a]가 2매 이상 연속해서 적층되어 있는 상기 프리프레그 [a]를 포함하는 구조체
프리프레그 [a2]: 상기 기재 [b]의 다른 쪽 면에 적층되어 있는 프리프레그 [a](단 상기 프리프레그 [a]가 적층되어 있는 경우에는 프리프레그 [a]의 적층체) - 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 기재 [b]의 두께가, 하기에서 정의되는 프리프레그 구조체 [a1]의 두께의 0.1 내지 3.0배인, 프리프레그 적층체.
프리프레그 구조체 [a1]: 상기 기재 [b]의 한쪽 면에 적층되어 있는 것으로서, 상기 프리프레그 [a]가 2매 이상 연속해서 적층되어 있는 상기 프리프레그 [a]를 포함하는 구조체 - 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 프리프레그 적층체를 사용한 섬유 강화 복합 재료로서, 상기 프리프레그 [a]에서 유래하는 섬유 강화 복합 재료층 [A]의 섬유 체적 함유율을 VfA, 상기 기재 [b]에서 유래하는 섬유 강화 복합 재료층 [B]의 섬유 체적 함유율을 VfB라 하면, VfA>VfB의 관계를 갖는, 섬유 강화 복합 재료.
- 제9항에 있어서, 섬유 강화 복합 재료층 [B]가 수지를 함유하고 있고, 함침되어 있는 수지가, 상기 프리프레그 [a]에 함침되어 있던 수지인, 섬유 강화 복합 재료.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 상기 섬유 강화 복합 재료층 [B]의 섬유 체적 함유율이 40% 이하인, 섬유 강화 복합 재료.
- 제9항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 섬유 강화 복합 재료층 [B] 양측에 존재하는 섬유 강화 복합 재료층 [A]의 섬유 체적 함유율이 각각 55% 이상인, 섬유 강화 복합 재료.
- 제9항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 섬유 강화 복합 재료층 [B]의 보이드 함유율이 유 강화 복합 재료층 [A]의 보이드 함유율보다 높은, 섬유 강화 복합 재료.
- 제9항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 섬유 강화 복합 재료층 [B]에 포함되는 보이드가, 상기 프리프레그 적층체의 적층 방향을 따른 절단면에 있어서, 절단면의 중앙 부분에 80 내지 100% 분포되어 있는, 섬유 강화 복합 재료.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 프리프레그 적층체를 가열 및 가압하여, 성형하는 공정을 갖는, 섬유 강화 복합 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 성형시키는 공정에 있어서, -80㎪ 이하(게이지압)의 압력으로 행하는 공정을 더 포함하는, 섬유 강화 복합 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제15항 또는 제16항에 있어서, 가열 및 가압하는 공정에 있어서, 프리프레그 [a]에 포함되는 수지가 기재 [b]에 함침되어 가는 것인, 섬유 강화 복합 재료의 제조 방법.
