Abstract
용융 유리로부터 장척이면서 또한 폭방향 양단부에 귀부를 갖는 귀부가 형성된 유리 필름을 연속적으로 성형하는 성형 공정으로서, 상기 귀부가 형성된 유리 필름은, 상기 귀부와, 상기 귀부가 형성된 유리 필름의 폭방향 중앙부에 형성되는 유효부를 갖는, 상기 성형 공정, 상기 귀부가 형성된 유리 필름을 서랭하는 서랭 공정, 상기 귀부 근방에, 상기 귀부로부터 각각 소정의 거리만큼 이간하여, 상기 귀부가 형성된 유리 필름의 길이 방향으로 수지 테이프를 연속적으로 형성하는 수지 테이프 형성 공정, 및 상기 귀부와 상기 수지 테이프 사이, 또는 상기 수지 테이프 내의 소정의 폭방향 위치에 있어서, 상기 귀부가 형성된 유리 필름으로부터 상기 귀부를 연속적으로 제거하여 수지 테이프가 형성된 유리 필름으로 하는 귀부 제거 공정을 포함하는 수지 테이프가 형성된 유리 필름의 제조 방법.

Claims (14)
- 용융 유리로부터 장척이면서 또한 폭방향 양단부에 귀부를 갖는 귀부가 형성된 유리 필름을 연속적으로 성형하는 성형 공정으로서, 상기 귀부가 형성된 유리 필름은, 상기 귀부와, 상기 귀부가 형성된 유리 필름의 폭방향 중앙부에 형성되는 유효부를 갖는, 상기 성형 공정,
상기 귀부가 형성된 유리 필름을 서랭하는 서랭 공정,
상기 귀부 근방에, 상기 귀부로부터 각각 소정의 거리만큼 이간하여, 상기 귀부가 형성된 유리 필름의 길이 방향으로 수지 테이프를 연속적으로 형성하는 수지 테이프 형성 공정, 및
상기 귀부와 상기 수지 테이프 사이, 또는, 상기 수지 테이프 내의 소정의 폭방향 위치에 있어서, 상기 귀부가 형성된 유리 필름으로부터 상기 귀부를 연속적으로 제거하여 수지 테이프가 형성된 유리 필름으로 하는 귀부 제거 공정을 포함하는, 수지 테이프가 형성된 유리 필름의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 수지 테이프 형성 공정이, 수지 테이프 롤로부터 상기 수지 테이프를 연속적으로 풀어내어 상기 귀부가 형성된 유리 필름의 표면에 부착시키는 수지 테이프 부착 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 테이프가 형성된 유리 필름의 제조 방법. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 수지 테이프 부착 공정이, 상기 수지 테이프와 상기 귀부가 형성된 유리 필름의 계면에 접착제를 적용하는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 테이프가 형성된 유리 필름의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 수지 테이프 형성 공정이, 수지 용액을 테이프상으로 상기 귀부가 형성된 유리 필름의 표면에 연속적으로 도포하는 수지 용액 도포 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 테이프가 형성된 유리 필름의 제조 방법. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 수지 용액은, 열경화성 수지 또는 광경화성 수지의 용액인 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 테이프가 형성된 유리 필름의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 수지 테이프 형성 공정에서는, 상기 귀부가 형성된 유리 필름의 단변으로부터 상기 귀부가 형성된 유리 필름의 폭에 대하여 40 % 이하 이간된 위치에, 상기 수지 테이프를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 테이프가 형성된 유리 필름의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 성형 공정이, 플로트법, 오버플로 다운드로법, 및 슬롯 다운드로법의 어느 방법을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 테이프가 형성된 유리 필름의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 유효부의 두께가, 20 ∼ 500 ㎛ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 테이프가 형성된 유리 필름의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 수지 테이프가 형성된 유리 필름을 롤상으로 감는 권취 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 테이프가 형성된 유리 필름의 제조 방법. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 수지 테이프 형성 공정에서는, 상기 수지 테이프를 상기 귀부가 형성된 유리 필름의 일방 표면에만 연속적으로 형성하고,
상기 권취 공정에서는, 상기 수지 테이프가 형성된 유리 필름의 상기 일방 표면을 외측으로 하여, 상기 수지 테이프가 형성된 유리 필름을 롤상으로 감는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 테이프가 형성된 유리 필름의 제조 방법. - 제 10 항에 있어서,
상기 권취 공정에서는, 보호 시트 롤로부터 보호 시트를 연속적으로 풀어내어, 상기 수지 테이프가 형성된 유리 필름을 상기 보호 시트와 함께 롤상으로 감는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 테이프가 형성된 유리 필름의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 수지 테이프가 형성된 유리 필름의 제조 방법을 사용하여 수지 테이프가 형성된 유리 필름을 얻는 공정, 및
상기 수지 테이프가 형성된 유리 필름으로부터 상기 수지 테이프가 형성된 폭방향 양단부를 연속적으로 제거하여 유리 필름으로 하는 수지 테이프 제거 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 필름의 제조 방법. - 제 12 항에 있어서,
상기 유리 필름을 롤상으로 감는 권취 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 필름의 제조 방법. - 제 12 항에 있어서,
상기 유리 필름을 폭방향으로 절단하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 필름의 제조 방법.
