Claims (3)
- 하기 (1) ∼ (4) 의 공정을 포함하는 프로필렌옥사이드의 제조 방법.
(1) 산화 공정 : 쿠멘과 산소를 함유하는 가스를 접촉시켜, 쿠멘과 상기 가스 중의 산소를 반응시킴으로써, 쿠멘하이드로퍼옥사이드를 함유하는 반응 혼합물을 얻는 공정
(2) 증류 공정 : 상기 산화 공정에서 얻은 쿠멘하이드로퍼옥사이드를 함유하는 반응 혼합물을 증류시킴으로써, 쿠멘하이드로퍼옥사이드를 함유하는 농축액과 유출물로 분리하는 공정으로서,
증류되는 상기 반응 혼합물의 유량 (F) 에 대한 유출물의 유량 (D) 의 비 (D/F) 가 0.037 이상 0.13 이하가 되는 조건에서, 상기 반응 혼합물을 연속적으로 증류시키는 공정
(단, 상기 반응 혼합물의 유량은, 단위 시간당 증류되는 반응 혼합물의 중량이며, 상기 유출물의 유량은, 단위 시간당 유출되는 유출물의 중량이다.)
(3) 에폭시화 공정 : 촉매의 존재하, 상기 증류 공정에서 얻은 쿠멘하이드로퍼옥사이드를 함유하는 농축액과 프로필렌을 1 이상의 반응기 내에서 접촉시켜, 프로필렌과 상기 농축액 중의 쿠멘하이드로퍼옥사이드를 반응시킴으로써, 프로필렌옥사이드와 쿠밀알코올을 함유하는 반응 혼합물을 얻는 공정으로서,
상기 1 이상의 반응기 중 최종 반응기의 출구 온도를 115 ℃ 이상 140 ℃ 미만으로 하는 공정
(4) 분리 공정 : 상기 에폭시화 공정에서 얻은 프로필렌옥사이드와 쿠밀알코올을 함유하는 반응 혼합물을 증류시킴으로써, 조프로필렌옥사이드를 분리하는 공정 - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 에폭시화 공정에 있어서, 프로필렌옥사이드와 쿠밀알코올을 함유하는 반응 혼합물이 포름산메틸을 함유하고, 또한 그 반응 혼합물 중의 포름산메틸의 농도가, 당해 반응 혼합물 중의 프로필렌옥사이드의 중량에 대하여 10 중량 ppm 이상 30 중량 ppm 미만인 프로필렌옥사이드의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 에폭시화 공정에 있어서, 촉매가 티탄 함유 규소 산화물로 이루어지는 프로필렌옥사이드의 제조 방법.
