Claims (10)
- 미생물에 의해 생산되는 발효유화제이되,
상기 미생물이 Candida bombicola UA-06(기탁번호: KCTC18592P)인 것인, 미생물을 이용하여 단독유화가 가능한 복합발효유화제. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 발효유화제가 Candida bombicola UA-06(기탁번호: KCTC18592P)로부터 생산된 당지질계 대사산물이며, 상기 당지질계 대사산물이 글리세로 글리코리피드(glycero glycolipid)를 포함하는 것인, 복합발효유화제. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 당지질계 대사산물이 글리코리피드(glycolipid) 및 글리세로리피드(glycerolipids)로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상을 더 포함하는 것인, 복합발효유화제. - Candida bombicola UA-06(기탁번호: KCTC18592P) 미생물을 배지에 배양시키는 1차 종균발효 단계;
상기 1차 종균발효물을 계대배양시키는 2차 종균발효 단계;
상기 2차 종균발효물 및 오일을 발효시키는 1차 본 발효 단계 및
상기 1차 본 발효물을 발효시키는 2차 본 발효 단계를 포함하는 것인, 미생물을 이용하여 단독유화가 가능한 복합발효유화제 제조 방법. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 2차 본 발효 단계 후 발효물을 정치시켜 상층과 하층을 분리하여 하층을 폐기하고, MgSO4를 첨가하여 교반 후 원심분리하여 미생물 및 수분이 제거된 발효물을 회수하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것인, 복합발효유화제 제조방법. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 1차 종균발효 단계에서 사용하는 배지가 이스트 추출물(yeast extract), 말트 추출물(malt extract), 펩톤(peptone), 글루코스(glucose) 및 우레아(urea)를 포함하는 것인, 복합발효유화제 제조방법. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 2차 종균발효 단계에서 사용하는 배지가 글리세린(glycerin)을 포함하는 것인, 복합발효유화제 제조방법. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 1차 및 2차 본 발효 단계에서 사용하는 배지가 글리세린(glycerin), 글루탐산 나트륨(sodium glutamate), 구연산 나트륨(sodium citrate), 이스트 추출물(yeast extract), KH2PO4, MgCl2, MnCl2 및 오일을 포함하는 것인, 복합발효유화제 제조방법. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 1차 및 2차 종균발효 단계가 15 내지 30℃의 호기 조건에서 10 내지 30시간 발효시키는 것이고,
상기 1차 및 2차 본 발효 단계가 20 내지 40℃의 호기 조건에서 80 내지 150시간 발효시키는 것인, 복합발효유화제 제조방법. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 복합발효유화제를 함유하는 화장료 조성물.
