Abstract
RF 태그는 전력 소비량을 변경 가능한 가변 부하; 및 정류 회로의 출력 전압이 최대가 되도록 정합 회로의 임피던스를 조정하는 임피던스 조정 처리를 실행 가능한 제어부로서, 소정 조건이 충족되었을 때, 가변 부하부의 전력 소비량을 조정함으로써 정류 회로의 출력 전압을 리미터 전압 미만의 전압까지 저하시킨 후 임피던스 조정 처리를 실행하는 제어부;를 구비한다.

도 1B는 정합 회로의 임피던스가 최적치로 조정되지 않은 RF 태그의 전원 전압의 환경 변동시의 시간 변화 패턴의 설명도이다.

Claims (4)
- 리더/라이터로부터 무선 급전되는 RF 태그로서,
안테나로부터의 교류 신호를 정류하고, 상기 RF 태그 내의 각 부에 전원 전압으로서 공급되는 직류 전압을 출력하는 정류 회로;
상기 정류 회로의 출력 전압을 소정 전압 이하로 제한하는 리미터;
상기 안테나와 상기 정류 회로 사이에 배치된 임피던스가 가변인 정합 회로;
상기 정류 회로로부터 출력되는 전력을 소비하는 전력 소비량을 변경 가능한 가변 부하부; 및
상기 정류 회로의 출력 전압이 커지도록 상기 정합 회로의 임피던스를 조정하는 임피던스 조정 처리를 실행 가능한 제어부로서, 소정 조건이 충족되었을 때, 상기 가변 부하부의 전력 소비량을 조정함으로써 상기 정류 회로의 출력 전압을 상기 소정 전압 미만의 전압까지 저하시킨 후 상기 임피던스 조정 처리를 실행하는 제어부;를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 RF 태그. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제어부는 상기 소정 조건이 충족되었을 때, 상기 가변 부하부의 전력 소비량을 조정함으로써 상기 정류 회로의 출력 전압을 상기 소정 전압 미만의 전압까지 저하시킨 후 상기 임피던스 조정 처리를 실행하는 처리를, 당해 처리 이후의 상기 정류 회로의 출력 전압이 상기 소정 전압 미만의 전압이 될 때까지 반복하는 것을 특징으로 하는 RF 태그. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 가변 부하부가, 저항값이 가변인 유닛이고,
상기 제어부는 상기 소정 조건이 충족되었을 때, 상기 가변 부하부의 전력 소비량을 조정함으로써 상기 정류 회로의 출력 전압을 상기 소정 전압 미만의 전압까지 저하시킨 후 상기 임피던스 조정 처리를 실행하는 처리를, 당해 처리 이후의 상기 가변 부하부의 상기 저항값이 소정치 이하가 될 때까지 반복하는 것을 특징으로 하는 RF 태그. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제어부는 상기 소정 조건이 충족되었을 때, 상기 가변 부하부의 전력 소비량을 조정함으로써 상기 정류 회로의 출력 전압을 상기 소정 전압 미만의 전압까지 저하시킨 후 상기 임피던스 조정 처리를 실행하는 처리를, 소정 회수, 또는 소정 시간이 경과할 때까지 반복하는 것을 특징으로 하는 RF 태그.
