Claims (8)
- 터보차저(1)로서,
제1 매체를 팽창시키기 위한 터빈(2)으로서, 터빈 로터(5) 및 터빈 하우징(4)을 포함하는 것인, 터빈(2),
제1 매체의 압축 도중에 상기 터빈(2) 내에서 추출되는 에너지를 활용하여 제2 매체를 압축하기 위한 압축기(3)로서, 샤프트(8)를 통해 터빈 로터(5)에 연결되는 압축기 로터(7) 및 압축기 하우징(6)을 포함하는 것인, 압축기(3),
베어링 하우징(9)으로서, 상기 터빈 로터(5)와 상기 압축기 로터(7)를 연결하는 상기 샤프트(8)가 그 내부에 장착되는 것인, 베어링 하우징(9),
상기 터빈(2)을 지향하는 측부에서 상기 베어링 하우징(9)을 경계 한정하는 베어링 하우징 캡(16), 및
상기 베어링 하우징(9)을 지향하는 측부에서 상기 터빈(2)을 경계 한정하는 터빈 커버(17)로서, 상기 베어링 하우징 캡(16)을 뒤따르며 그리고 상기 베어링 하우징 캡(16)의 리세스(16a) 내로 돌출하는 섹션(17a)을 구비하는 것인, 터빈 커버(17)
를 구비하는, 터보차저(1)에 있어서,
상기 베어링 하우징 캡(16)의 상기 리세스(16a) 내로 돌출하는 상기 터빈 커버(17)의 상기 섹션(17a)을 외측에서 뒤따르는, 상기 베어링 하우징 캡(16)의 상기 리세스(16a)를 경계 한정하는 상기 베어링 하우징 캡(16)의 섹션(16b) 상에, 상기 터빈 로터(5)를 지향하는 상기 베어링 하우징 캡(16)의 측부 상에, 오일 포집 립(22)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터보차저. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 오일 포집 립(22)은, 돌출부(23) 및 홈부(24)에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터보차저. - 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 오일 포집 립(22)의 상기 돌출부(23)는, 상기 오일 포집 립(22)의 상기 홈부(24)보다, 상기 터빈 로터(5)로부터 더 작은 간극을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 터보차저. - 제 2항 또는 제 3항에 있어서,
상기 오일 포집 립(22)의 상기 돌출부(23)는, 상기 터빈 로터(5)의 방향으로 반경 방향에 대해 비스듬한 위치를 갖도록, 상기 베어링 하우징 캡(16)의 상기 섹션(16b)으로부터 시작하여 반경 방향 내측으로 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터보차저. - 제 2항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 오일 포집 립(22)의 상기 홈부(24)는, 반경 방향 내측으로 개방되며, 그리고 상기 터빈 커버(17)의 상기 섹션(17a)을 지향하는 것을 특징으로 하는 터보차저. - 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 베어링 하우징 캡(16)의 상기 리세스(16a) 내로 돌출하는 상기 터빈 커버(17)의 상기 섹션(17a) 상에서, 상기 터빈 로터(5)를 지향하는 측부 상에, 오일 포집 경사부(25)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터보차저. - 제 6항에 있어서,
상기 오일 포집 립(22)은, 외측에서 상기 오일 포집 경사부(25) 위로, 이들 사이에 간극을 갖는 가운데, 돌출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 터보차저. - 제 6항 또는 제 7항에 있어서,
상기 베어링 하우징 캡(16)의 상기 오일 포집 립(22)은, 상기 터빈 커버(17)의 상기 오일 포집 경사부(25) 상으로 오일을 유도하며, 그리고 상기 터빈 커버(17)의 상기 오일 포집 경사부(25)는, 터빈 유동 덕트(27) 내로 오일을 유도하는 것을 특징으로 하는 터보차저.
