Claims (7)
- 제1 매체를 팽창시키기 위한 터빈(1)과, 상기 제1 매체의 팽창 중에 상기 터빈에서 추출된 에너지를 이용하여 제2 매체를 압축시키기 위한 압축기를 구비하는 터보차저로서,
상기 터빈(1)은 터빈 유입 하우징(4)을 구비한 터빈 하우징(3)과, 터빈 로터(6)를 포함하고,
상기 압축기는 압축기 하우징과, 샤프트(7)를 통해 상기 터빈 로터(6)에 연결된 압축기 로터를 포함하며,
상기 터빈 하우징(3)과 상기 압축기 하우징의 사이에 배치되어 있고 상기 샤프트(7)가 장착되어 있는 베어링 하우징(2)에, 상기 터빈 하우징(3)과 상기 압축기 하우징이 각각 연결되는 것인, 터보차저에 있어서,
체결 디바이스들(11)이 관통하여 연장되는 상기 터빈 유입 하우징(4)의 플랜지(10)가, 상기 터빈 로터(6)의 크기의 범위 안쪽까지는 반경방향에서 보아 축방향으로 간격을 두고 연장되어 있는 방식으로, 상기 터빈 유입 하우징(4)과 상기 베어링 하우징(2)이, 서로 접하는 플랜지(9, 10)에서 체결 디바이스들(11)을 통해 서로 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 터보차저. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 터빈 로터(6)는, 상기 체결 디바이스들(11)이 관통하여 연장되는 상기 터빈 유입 하우징(4)의 플랜지(10)를 적어도 군데군데에서 덮는 것을 특징으로 하는 터보차저.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 터빈 로터(6)는 적어도 군데군데에서 상기 체결 디바이스들(11)을 덮는 것을 특징으로 하는 터보차저.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 터빈 로터(6)의 이동 블레이드들(8)은 적어도 군데군데에서 상기 체결 디바이스들(11)을 덮는 것을 특징으로 하는 터보차저.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 체결 디바이스들(11)은 상기 터빈 유입 하우징(4)의 플랜지(10)로부터 시작하여 상기 베어링 하우징(2)의 플랜지(9) 안으로 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터보차저.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 터빈(1)에서부터 상기 베어링 하우징(2)의 쪽을 향해 본 축방향에서, 체결 디바이스들(11)이 관통하여 연장되는 터빈 유입 하우징(4)의 플랜지(10)는, 터빈 로터(6)의 후방에 그리고, 상기 체결 디바이스들(11)이 안으로 연장되는 상기 베어링 하우징(2)의 플랜지(9)의 전방에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터보차저.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 터빈은 반경류 터빈인 것을 특징으로 하는 터보차저.
