Claims (13)
- 아크릴 주제부와 이소시아네이트 경화제부로 이루어진 도료 조성물에 있어서, 상기 아크릴 주제부는
니트로셀룰로오즈 변성 아크릴 수지 30 ~ 40 중량%;
아크릴 수지 10 ~ 20 중량%;
액상 은 페이스트 1 ~ 10 중량%;
우레탄 반응촉진제 0.1 ~ 1.5 중량%;
부착증진제 0.3 ~ 0.8 중량%;
습윤첨가제 0.01 ~ 0.5 중량%; 및
용제 30 ~ 50 중량%를 포함하는 메탈릭 도료 조성물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 니트로셀룰로오즈 변성 아크릴 수지는 중량평균분자량이 6,000 ~ 10,000이고, 산가가 1 ~ 4 ㎎/KOH인 것을 특징으로 하는 메탈릭 도료 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 아크릴 수지는 중량평균분자량이 25,000 ~ 40,000 범위인 고분자량 아크릴 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 메탈릭 도료 조성물.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 아크릴 수지는 산가가 0.01 ~ 0.05 ㎎/KOH이고, 유리전이온도가 70 ~ 80℃ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 메탈릭 도료 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 액상 은 페이스트는 평균입자 크기가 3 ~ 6 ㎛인 은(Ag) 입자가 분산된 것을 특징으로 하는 메탈릭 도료 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 부착증진제는 하이드록시기, 카르복실기 또는 이들이 동시에 결합되어 있는 인산계 에스테르인 것을 특징으로 하는 메탈릭 도료 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 습윤첨가제는 폴리디메틸실록산 계열의 첨가제인 것을 특징으로 하는 메탈릭 도료 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 이소시아네이트 경화제부는 3관능 헥사메틸렌디이소시아네이트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 메탈릭 도료 조성물.
- 플라스틱 기판 표면에 청구항 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중에서 선택된 어느 한 항의 메탈릭 도료 조성물이 코팅 및 경화하여 형성된 메탈릭 도료 도막.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,
도막 두께가 4 ~ 7 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 메탈릭 도료 도막.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,
중량평균분자량이 6,000 ~ 10,000이고, 산가가 1 ~ 4 ㎎/KOH이고, 유리전이온도가 50 ~ 70℃인 니트로셀룰로오즈 변성 아크릴 수지.
