Claims (21)
- 아래와 같이 구성된 군에서 선택되는 DNA 서열을 포함하는 재조합 DNA 분자:
a) 서열 번호:1-5 또는 7 중에서 한 가지에 최소한 85 퍼센트 서열 동일성을 갖는 서열;
b) 서열 번호:1-5 또는 7 중에서 한 가지를 포함하는 서열; 및
c) 서열 번호: 1-5 또는 7 중에서 한 가지의 단편, 여기서 상기 단편은 유전자-조절 활성을 갖고;
여기서 상기 서열은 이종성 전사가능 DNA 분자에 작동가능하게 연결됨. - 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 서열은 서열 번호: 1-5 또는 7 중에서 한 가지의 DNA 서열에 최소한 90 퍼센트 서열 동일성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 재조합 DNA 분자.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 서열은 서열 번호: 1-5 또는 7 중에서 한 가지의 DNA 서열에 최소한 95 퍼센트 서열 동일성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 재조합 DNA 분자.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 서열은 서열 번호: 1-5 또는 7 중에서 한 가지의 DNA 서열을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 재조합 DNA 분자.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, DNA 서열은 유전자 조절 활성을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 재조합 DNA 분자.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 이종성 전사가능 DNA 분자는 작물학적으로 관심되는 유전자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 재조합 DNA 분자.
- 청구항 6에 있어서, 작물학적으로 관심되는 유전자는 식물에서 제초제 내성을 부여하는 것을 특징으로 하는 재조합 DNA 분자.
- 청구항 6에 있어서, 작물학적으로 관심되는 유전자는 식물에서 내충성을 부여하는 것을 특징으로 하는 재조합 DNA 분자.
- 아래와 같이 구성된 군에서 선택되는 서열을 포함하는 재조합 DNA 분자를 포함하는 유전자도입 식물 세포:
a) 서열 번호: 1-5 또는 7 중에서 한 가지에 최소한 85 퍼센트 서열 동일성을 갖는 서열;
b) 서열 번호: 1-5 또는 7 중에서 한 가지를 포함하는 서열; 및
c) 서열 번호: 1-5 또는 7 중에서 한 가지의 단편, 여기서 상기 단편은 유전자-조절 활성을 갖고;
여기서 상기 서열은 이종성 전사가능 DNA 분자에 작동가능하게 연결됨. - 청구항 9에 있어서, 상기 유전자도입 식물 세포는 외떡잎식물 세포인 것을 특징으로 하는 유전자도입 식물 세포.
- 청구항 9에 있어서, 상기 유전자도입 식물 세포는 쌍떡잎식물 세포인 것을 특징으로 하는 유전자도입 식물 세포.
- 청구항 1의 재조합 DNA 분자를 포함하는 유전자도입 식물, 또는 이의 부분.
- 청구항 12의 유전자도입 식물의 자손 식물, 또는 이의 부분, 여기서 상기 자손 식물 또는 이의 부분은 상기 재조합 DNA 분자를 포함함.
- 청구항 1의 재조합 DNA 분자를 포함하는 유전자도입 종자.
