Claims (15)
- 전기 연결 요소(12)를 기재(10) 상의 전기 전도성 구조물(11) 상에 납땜하기 위한 납땜 인두(5)용 납땜 선단부(1)이며, 실질적으로 반구형의 단부 부분(2)을 포함하는, 납땜 선단부.
- 제1항에 있어서,
납땜 인두(5)가 핸드헬드 납땜 인두인, 납땜 선단부. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
단부 부분(2), 연결 부분(4), 및 그 사이에서 연장되는 실질적으로 원통형인 중간 부분(3)을 포함하고, 연결 부분(4)은, 유니언 너트(6)에 의한 납땜 인두(5) 상의 고정을 위해서, 중간 부분(3)에 비해서 확장되는, 납땜 선단부. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
단부 부분(2), 연결 부분(4), 및 그 사이에서 연장되는 실질적으로 원통형인 중간 부분(3)을 포함하고, 연결 부분(4)은 납땜 인두(5) 내의 고정을 위해서 삽입되기에 적합한, 납땜 선단부. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
구리를 포함하는, 납땜 선단부. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
니켈 도금되는, 납땜 선단부. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
경질 크롬 도금되는, 납땜 선단부. - 전기 연결 요소를 갖춘 페인을 제조하기 위한 방법이며,
(a) 기재(10)를 제공하는 단계,
(b) 전기 전도성 구조물(11)을 기재(10)의 영역 상에 배치하는 단계,
(c) 납땜 화합물(13)을 전기 전도성 구조물(11)의 영역 상에 그리고 전기 연결 요소(12)를 납땜 화합물(13) 상에 배열하는 단계,
(d) 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 납땜 선단부(1)를 가지는 납땜 인두(5)로 연결 요소(12)를 납땜하는 단계를 포함하는, 방법. - 제8항에 있어서,
납땜 인두(5)가 핸드헬드 납땜 인두이고, 이를 이용하여 연결 요소(12)가 수작업으로 납땜되는, 방법. - 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서,
기재(10)는 유리, 바람직하게 소다 라임 유리를 포함하고, 전기 전도성 구조물(11)은, 은 입자를 포함하는 소성된 인쇄 페이스트로서 또는 전기 전도성 호일로서 구현되는, 방법. - 제8항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
연결 요소(12)가 중앙 함몰부를 가지며, 납땜 선단부(1)를 함몰부를 둘러싸는 연결 요소(12)의 지역과 접촉시키기 위해서 납땜 선단부(1)의 단부 부분(2)이 중앙 함몰부 내로 부분적으로 삽입되는, 방법. - 제11항에 있어서,
연결 요소(12)는 수형 스냅으로서 구현되는, 방법. - 제11항에 있어서,
