도 5는 실시예에 따른 스테이터 조립체의 돌기가 코킹됨에 따라 스테이터 홀더에 형성된 홈을 나타내는 도면이고,
도 6은 실시예에 따른 스테이터 조립체에 배치되는 스테이터의 다른 실시예를 나타내는 측면도이다.

Claims (6)
- 스테이터 홀더; 및
상기 스테이터 홀더에 배치되는 스테이터를 포함하며,
상기 스테이터는,
링 형상의 몸체;
상기 몸체의 내주면을 따라 돌출되게 형성된 복수 개의 투스; 및
상기 몸체의 외주면을 따라 돌출되게 형성된 돌기부를 포함하고,
상기 돌기부는 서로 이격되어 배치되는 적어도 둘의 돌기로 제공되는 스테이터 조립체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 스테이터 홀더는 스테이터 고정부와 샤프트 고정부를 포함하며,
상기 돌기는 상기 스테이터 고정부의 외면에 코킹되어 고정되는 스테이터 조립체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 돌기 사이의 이격거리(d)와 상기 돌기의 폭(W)의 비는 1:1.5인 스테이터 조립체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 돌기의 일측면은 상기 돌기의 중심을 지나는 가상의 선(L)과 소정의 각도(θ)로 경사지게 형성되는 스테이터 조립체. - 제1항에 있어서,
반지름 방향에서 바라볼 때, 상기 돌기부는 상기 투스 사이에 배치되는 스테이터 조립체. - 로터;
상기 로터의 외측에 배치되는 스테이터 조립체; 및
상기 로터와 상기 스테이터 조립체 사이에서 발생한 자기장을 측정하는 센서부;를 포함하며,
상기 스테이터 조립체는,
스테이터 홀더; 및
상기 스테이터 홀더에 배치되는 스테이터를 포함하며,
상기 스테이터는,
링 형상의 몸체;
상기 몸체의 내주면을 따라 돌출되게 형성된 복수 개의 투스; 및
상기 몸체의 외주면을 따라 돌출되게 형성된 돌기부를 포함하고,
상기 돌기부는 서로 이격되어 배치되는 적어도 둘의 돌기로 제공되는 토크 센서.
