Claims (17)
- 엘리베이터 시스템의 벨트(belt)에 있어서:
벨트 폭을 따라 배열되고 상기 벨트의 길이를 따라 길이 방향으로 연장되는 복수의 인장 부재들(tension members)을 포함하고, 각각의 인장 부재는:
복수의 부하 지지 섬유들(load carrying fibers)로 형성된 코어 부재(core member);
상기 코어 부재를 둘러싸는 복수의 오버랩 부재들(overwrap members); 및
상기 복수의 인장 부재들을 적어도 부분적으로 캡슐화(encapsulating)하는 재킷 재료(jacket material)를 포함하는, 벨트. - 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 복수의 부하 지지 섬유들은 매트릭스 재료에 배치되는, 벨트.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 부하 지지 섬유들은 탄소, 유리, 아라미드(aramid), 나일론 및 중합체 섬유 중 하나 이상인, 벨트.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 매트릭스 재료는 폴리우레탄, 폴리에스테르, 비닐에스테르, 또는 에폭시 재료인, 벨트.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 복수의 오버랩 부재들은 합성 섬유인, 벨트.
- 청구항 5에 있어서, 상기 함성 섬유는 VectranTM 또는 Dyneema® 또는 Zylon® 섬유들 중 하나 이상인, 벨트.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 복수의 오버랩 부재들은 금속 와이어인, 벨트.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 복수의 오버랩 섬유들은 상기 코어 부재의 주위에 감겨지거나(wrapped) 또는 편조되는(braided), 벨트.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 재킷 재료는 폴리우레탄, 폴리에스테르, 에틸렌 프로필렌 디엔 엘라스토머, 클로로프렌, 클로로술포닐 폴리에틸렌, 에틸렌 비닐 아세테이트, 폴리아미드, 폴리프로필렌, 부틸 고무, 아크릴로니트릴 부타디엔 고무, 스티렌 부타디엔 고무, 아크릴계 엘라스토머, 플루오르 탄성체, 실리콘 엘라스토머, 폴리올레핀 엘라스토머, 스티렌 블록 및 디엔 엘라스토머, 천연 고무 또는 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는, 벨트.
- 엘리베이터 시스템에 있어서:
승강로(hoistway);
상기 승강로에 배치되어 움직일 수 있는 엘리베이터 카(car);
상기 승강로를 따라 상기 엘리베이터 카를 정지 및/또는 구동시키기 위해 상기 엘리베이터 카에 작동 가능하게 연결되는 벨트를 포함하고,
상기 벨트는:
벨트 폭을 따라 배열되고 상기 벨트의 길이를 따라 길이 방향으로 연장되는 복수의 인장 부재들(tension members)을 포함하고,
각각의 인장 부재는:
복수의 부하 지지 섬유들(load carrying fibers)로 형성된 코어 부재(core member);
상기 코어 부재를 둘러싸는 복수의 오버랩 부재들(overwrap members); 및
상기 복수의 인장 부재들을 적어도 부분적으로 캡슐화(encapsulating)하는 재킷 재료(jacket material)를 포함하는, 엘리베이터 시스템. - 청구항 10에 있어서, 상기 복수의 부하 지지 섬유들은 매트릭스 재료에 배치되는, 엘리베이터 시스템.
- 청구항 11에 있어서, 상기 부하 지지 섬유들은 탄소, 유리, 아라미드(aramid), 나일론 및 중합체 섬유 중 하나 이상인, 엘리베이터 시스템.
- 청구항 11에 있어서, 상기 매트릭스 재료는 폴리우레탄, 비닐에스테르, 폴리에스테르 또는 에폭시 재료인, 엘리베이터 시스템.
- 청구항 10에 있어서, 상기 복수의 오버랩 부재들은 합성 섬유인, 엘리베이터 시스템.
- 청구항 10에 있어서, 상기 복수의 오버랩 부재들은 금속 와이어인, 엘리베이터 시스템.
- 청구항 10에 있어서, 상기 복수의 오버랩 부재들은 상기 코어 부재가 파손된 경우 상기 엘리베이터 카를 현수(suspend)하도록 구성되는, 엘리베이터 시스템.
- 청구항 10에 있어서, 상기 재킷 재료는 폴리우레탄, 폴리에스테르, 에틸렌 프로필렌 디엔 엘라스토머, 클로로프렌, 클로로술포닐 폴리에틸렌, 에틸렌 비닐 아세테이트, 폴리아미드, 폴리프로필렌, 부틸 고무, 아크릴로니트릴 부타디엔 고무, 스티렌 부타디엔 고무, 아크릴계 엘라스토머, 플루오르 탄성체, 실리콘 엘라스토머, 폴리올레핀 엘라스토머, 스티렌 블록 및 디엔 엘라스토머, 천연 고무 또는 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는, 엘리베이터 시스템.
