Claims (25)

Q는

a, b 및 c의 각각은 독립적으로 0 또는 1이되, 단 a, b 및 c 중 적어도 하나는 1이며;
X는 CH2RaRb, O, S 또는 NRc이고;
Y는 O, S 및 N으로부터 선택된 1 내지 4개의 헤테로원자를 함유하는 단환식 방향족 고리, 이환식 방향족 고리, 단환식 헤테로방향족 고리 혹은 이환식 헤테로방향족 고리이되, 해당 고리는 하나 이상의 치환체를 지닐 수 있으며;

- 제5항에 있어서, a는 1이고 X는 CH2인, 화합물 또는 그의 약제학적으로 허용가능한 염.
- 제5항에 있어서, a는 1이고 X는 O인, 화합물 또는 그의 약제학적으로 허용가능한 염.
- 제5항에 있어서, b는 1이고 Y는 메타-페닐렌인, 화합물 또는 그의 약제학적으로 허용가능한 염.
- 제5항에 있어서, b는 1이고 Y는 5-원 헤테로방향족-1,3-다이일(5-원 헤테로아르-1,3-다이일)인, 화합물 또는 그의 약제학적으로 허용가능한 염.
- 제5항에 있어서, b는 1이고 Y는 [1,2,3]트라이아졸-1,4-다이일인, 화합물 또는 그의 약제학적으로 허용가능한 염.
- 제5항에 있어서, Y는 [1,2,3]트라이아졸-1,4-다이일이되, Z는 1번 위치에 결합되는, 화합물 또는 그의 약제학적으로 허용가능한 염.
- 제5항에 있어서, c는 1이고 Z는 -(CH2)4-, -(CH2)3-O-, -(CH2)4- -(CH2)3-NH-, -(CH2)3-, -(CH2)2-O-, -(CH2)2-NH- 또는 -(CH2)2-인, 화합물 또는 그의 약제학적으로 허용가능한 염.

- 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, A는 비치환 또는 치환된 벤즈이미다졸리닐인, 화합물 또는 그의 약제학적으로 허용가능한 염.
- 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, A는 1-인돌릴 이외의 인돌릴인, 화합물 또는 그의 약제학적으로 허용가능한 염.
- 제17항에 있어서, A는 3-인돌릴인, 화합물 또는 그의 약제학적으로 허용가능한 염.
- 제19항에 있어서, A-X-Y는 4-(인돌-3-일-메틸)[1,2,3]트라이아졸-1-일인, 화합물 또는 그의 약제학적으로 허용가능한 염.
- 세균 감염, 원충성 감염, 또는 세균 감염 혹은 원충성 감염과 관련된 장애의 치료를 위한 약제학적 조성물로서, 상기 약제학적 조성물은 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 바와 같은 화학식 I의 제제를 포함하고, 또한 적어도 1종의 약제학적으로 허용가능한 담체 혹은 부형제를 추가로 포함하는, 약제학적 조성물.
- 세균 감염, 원충성 감염, 또는 세균 감염 혹은 원충성 감염과 관련된 장애의 치료를 위한 약제의 제조를 위한, 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 화학식 I의 제제의 사용 방법.
- 제24항에 있어서, 상기 약제는 세균 감염 또는 세균 감염과 관련된 장애의 치료를 위한 약제인, 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 화학식 I의 제제의 사용 방법.
