Claims (10)
- 접착 필름 (7)의 생산을 위한 방법으로서, 플루오로폴리머 필름 (1)의 하나의 전체 면을 플라즈마로 활성화시키고, 실리콘 접착제 물질 (5)을 전체 활성화된 면에 바로 적용하고, 적용된 실리콘 접착제 물질 (5)을 가교시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 플루오로폴리머 필름 (1)이 플라즈마 방전 (2)에 의해 활성화됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실리콘 접착제 물질 (5)이 온도, 전자 빔, 자외선 또는 수분의 영향에 의해 가교됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 플라즈마 처리가 300℃ 미만에서 일어남을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 실리콘 접착제 물질 (5)이 스프레딩(spreading)에 의해 적용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 열적 가교가 300℃ 미만, 및 바람직하게는 200℃ 미만의 온도에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 공기, 질소 또는 이산화탄소 또는 이들의 혼합물의 군으로부터의 공정 가스 (3)가 플라즈마 처리를 위해 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, PTFE (폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌), ETFE (폴리(에틸렌-코-테트라플루오로에틸렌)), FEP (폴리(테트라플루오로에틸렌-코-헥사플루오로프로필렌)), PVF (폴리비닐 플루오라이드), PCTFE (폴리클로로트리플루오로에틸렌), ECTFE (폴리(에틸렌-코-클로로트리플루오로에틸렌)), PVDF (폴리(1,1-디플루오로에텐)), PFA (퍼플루오로알콕시 폴리머) 또는 상기 언급된 플루오로폴리머 중 둘 이상의 혼합물이 플루오로폴리머로서 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 플루오로폴리머가 추가의 폴리머, 예컨대, 올레핀성 폴리머, 예를 들어, 올레핀의 호모- 또는 코폴리머, 예컨대, 에틸렌, 프로필렌 또는 부틸렌, 또는 폴리에스테르, 예컨대, 특히 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 (PET), 폴리아미드, 폴리우레탄, 폴리옥시메틸렌, 폴리비닐클로라이드 (PVC), 폴리에틸렌 나프탈레이트 (PEN), 에틸렌 비닐 알콜 (EVOH), 폴리비닐리덴 클로라이드 (PVDC), 폴리비닐리덴 플루오라이드 (PVDF), 폴리아크릴로니트릴 (PAN), 폴리카보네이트 (PC), 폴리아미드 (PA), 설폰 (PES), 폴리이미드 (PI), 폴리아릴렌 설파이드 및/또는 폴리아릴렌 옥사이드와 혼합됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 섬유 복합 물질의 생산을 위한 방법으로서, 몰드의 하나의 내표면이 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항의 생산된 접착 필름으로 라이닝되고, 복합 물질이 섬유 복합 물질의 라이닝된 내표면 상에서 생성되고, 생성된 섬유 복합 물질이 몰드의 마스킹(masking)된 내표면으로부터 탈착되는 방법.
