Claims (3)
- 알루미늄판 또는 알루미늄 합금판으로 이루어지는 아우터 패널과, 상기 아우터 패널에 대면해서 배치되고, 강판으로 이루어지는 이너 패널과, 두부 및 축부를 갖는 강제의 리벳을 구비하는 이재 패널 구조체로서,
상기 아우터 패널은, 주연부를 절곡한 헴 굽힘부와, 해당 헴 굽힘부로부터 아우터 패널 주연까지의 접어 젖힘부를 갖는 헴부가 형성되고,
상기 헴부의 내측면에 상기 이너 패널의 주연부가 수지층을 개재해서 유지되고,
상기 리벳은, 상기 두부가 상기 아우터 패널에 계지되고, 상기 축부가 상기 아우터 패널의 상기 접어 젖힘부의 외측면으로부터 상기 이너 패널을 향하여 상기 아우터 패널을 관통해서 배치되고,
상기 리벳의 축부 선단의 중앙부에는, 상기 두부를 향해서 오목한 리벳축 오목부가 형성되고,
상기 이너 패널에는, 상기 리벳과 마주하는 위치에서 상기 리벳측으로 돌출된 이너 돌기부가 설치되고,
상기 리벳축 오목부 내에 상기 이너 돌기부가 배치되고, 상기 리벳축 오목부의 중앙부와 상기 이너 돌기부의 선단이 접촉하는 부위에 용융 너깃이 형성되어 있고,
상기 이너 돌기부와 상기 아우터 패널 사이에, 상기 수지층과 공극 중, 적어도 상기 수지층을 포함하는 제 1 단열부가 형성되어 있는 이재 패널 구조체. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 리벳축 오목부와 상기 이너 돌기부 사이에, 상기 수지층과 공극 중, 적어도 상기 수지층을 포함하는 제 2 단열부가 형성되어 있는 이재 패널 구조체. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 리벳은, 상기 두부와 상기 축부 중 적어도 한쪽이 상기 아우터 패널에 코킹된 상태로 되어 있는 이재 패널 구조체.
