Claims (11)
- (A) DCPD 구조를 함유하는 에폭시 수지: 38∼54중량부;
(B) 활성에스테르 경화제: 30∼36중량부;
(C) 시아네이트 수지: 16∼32중량부; 를 포함하는 에폭시 수지 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
조성분(A)인 상기 DCPD 구조를 함유하는 에폭시 수지의 첨가량은 45∼54중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 에폭시 수지 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,
조성분(B)인 상기 활성에스테르 경화제의 첨가량은 30∼33중량부이며;
바람직하게는, 조성분(B)인 상기 활성에스테르 경화제는 지환식 탄화수소 구조를 통해 연결된 페놀계 화합물, 2관능성 카르복실산 방향족 화합물 또는 산할로겐화물 및 모노히드록시 화합물을 반응시켜 얻으며;
바람직하게는, 상기 2관능성 카르복실산 방향족 화합물 또는 산할로겐화물의 용량은 1mol이고, 지환식 탄화수소 구조를 통해 연결된 페놀계 화합물의 용량은 0.05∼0.75mol이며, 모노히드록시 화합물의 용량은 0.25∼0.95mol이며;
바람직하게는, 조성분(B)인 상기 활성에스테르 경화제는 식(2) 구조를 구비하는 활성에스테르를 포함하며:

X는 페닐기 또는 나프틸기이고, j는 0 또는 1이며, k는 0 또는 1이고, n1은 중복 단위가 0.25∼1.25임을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 에폭시 수지 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,
조성분(C)인 상기 시아네이트 수지의 첨가량은 16∼25중량부이며;
바람직하게는, 조성분(C)인 상기 시아네이트 수지는 비스페놀 A형 시아네이트 수지, 비스페놀 F형 시아네이트 수지, 디사이클로펜타디엔형 시아네이트 수지 또는 페놀노볼락형 시아네이트 수지 중의 임의의 1종 또는 적어도 1종의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 에폭시 수지 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 에폭시 수지 조성물은,
(A) DCPD 구조를 함유하는 에폭시 수지: 45∼54 중량부;
(B) 활성에스테르 경화제: 30∼33 중량부;
(C) 시아네이트 수지: 16∼25 중량부; 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에폭시 수지 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 에폭시 수지 조성물은 경화촉진제를 더 포함하되, 조성분(A), 조성분(B) 및 조성분(C)의 첨가량의 합을 100중량부 기준으로 하면, 상기 경화촉진제의 첨가량은 0.05∼1중량부이며;
바람직하게는, 상기 경화촉진제는 아연 이소옥타노에이트, 4-디메틸아미노피리딘, 2-메틸이미다졸, 2-메틸-4에틸이미다졸 또는 2-페닐이미다졸 중에서 선택되는 임의의 1종 또는 적어도 2종의 혼합물이며;
바람직하게는, 상기 에폭시 수지 조성물은 난연제를 더 포함하며;
바람직하게는, 상기 난연제는 브롬 함유 난연제 및/또는 무할로겐 난연제이며;
바람직하게는, 조성분(A), 조성분(B) 및 조성분(C)의 첨가량의 합을 100중량부 기준으로 하면, 상기 난연제의 첨가량은 5∼50중량부이며;
바람직하게는, 상기 브롬 함유 난연제는 데카브로모디페닐에탄, 브롬화폴리스티렌, 에틸렌 비스테트라브로모프탈이미드 또는 브롬 함유 에폭시 수지 중에서 선택되는 임의의 1종 또는 적어도 2종의 혼합이며;
바람직하게는, 상기 무할로겐 난연제는 트리(2,6-디메틸페닐)포스핀, 10-(2,5- 디히드록시페닐)-9, 10-디하이드로-9-옥사-10-포스파페난트렌-10-옥사이드, 2,6-비스(2,6-디메틸페닐)포스피노벤젠, 10-페닐-9, 10-디하이드로-9-옥사-10-포스파페난트렌-10-옥사이드, 페녹시포스파젠 화합물, 붕산아연, 질소-인 팽창성 난연제, 유기중합체 무할로겐 난연제 또는 인함유 페놀수지 중의 임의의 1종 또는 적어도 2종의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 에폭시 수지 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제7항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 에폭시 수지 조성물은 충진제를 더 포함하며;
바람직하게는, 상기 충진제는 유기충진제 또는/및 무기충진제이며;
바람직하게는, 조성분(A), 조성분(B), 조성분(C)의 첨가량의 합을 100중량부 기준으로 하면, 상기 충진제의 첨가량은 0∼100중량부이고 0을 포함하지 않으며, 바람직하게 0∼50중량부이고 0을 포함하지 않으며;
바람직하게는, 상기 무기충진제는 용융실리카, 결정형실리카, 구형실리카, 중공실리카, 수산화 알루미늄, 산화 알루미늄, 탈크, 질화알루미늄, 질화붕소, 탄화규소, 황산바륨, 타이타늄산 바륨, 타이타늄산 스트론튬, 탄산칼슘, 규산칼슘, 운모 및 유리섬유분말 중에서 선택되는 임의의 1종 또는 적어도 2종의 혼합물이며;
바람직하게는, 상기 유기충진제는 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 분말, 폴리페닐렌술파이드 또는 폴리에테르설폰 분말 중에서 선택되는 어느 1종 또는 적어도 2종의 혼합물이며;
바람직하게는, 상기 충진제는 실리카이고, 충진제의 중간 입자 크기는 1∼15μm이며, 바람직하게 충진제의 중간 입자 크기는 1∼10μm인 것을 특징으로 하는 에폭시 수지 조성물. - 보강재; 및 함침 건조 후 상기 보강재에 부착되는 제1항 내지 제8항 중의 어느 한 항에 따른 에폭시 수지 조성물을 포함하는 프리프레그.
- 적어도 한 장의 제9항에 따른 프리프레그를 포함하는 적층판.
- 적어도 한 장의 제9항에 따른 프리프레그를 포함하는 인쇄회로기판.
