Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명의 셀룰로오스 단열재를 제조하는 데 사용될 수 있는 공정의 주요 단계들에 대한 블록도이다.
도 3은 가압점을 가진 롤러를 사용하여, 섬유를 밀집상태의 코어와 여러 방향으로 돌출하는 여러 섬유를 갖춘 초구조체로 형성하기 위한 텍스처화된 매트를 만드는데 사용될 수 있는 메커니즘의 한 예를 나타낸다.
도 4는 개별 초구조체의 돌출 섬유들이 어떻게 인접 초구조체들을 서로 이격시키는 지를 나타낸다.
도 5는 초구조체가 본 발명의 단열재의 일부로서 존재하는 것이 어떻게 다른 개별 섬유들로 하여금 압축 배향으로 쳐지지 않고 초구조체 위로 걸쳐지게(drape) 만드는 지를 나타낸다.
도 6은 초구조체가 존재하지 않는 상태에서 어떻게 개별 섬유들이 선행 기술의 초구조체 부재 단열재에서보다 더 치밀하게 채워진 형태로 쳐질 수 있는 지를 나타낸다.
Claims (13)
- 복수의 셀룰로오스-유도 섬유를 포함하는 셀룰로오스계 단열재로서, 상기 복수의 섬유의 적어도 일부가 함께 접합되어 초구조체(superstructure)들을 형성하며, 상기 초구조체들과 상기 초구조체들의 클러스터는 단열재가 현장 블로운-인 공법으로 설치된 후에 그대로 유지되어 있는 단열재 속에 공극들을 형성하는 것인 셀룰로오스계 단열재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 30% 이상의 공극률을 갖는 단열재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 셀룰로오스-유도 섬유가 섬유 잔류물로부터 수득되는 것인 단열재.
- 제3항에 있어서, 셀룰로오스-유도 섬유가 섬유 잔류물 이외의 재활용 가능한 셀룰로오스-유도 소재로부터 수득되는 것인 단열재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 셀룰로오스 섬유가 SFR 소재 및 SFR 이외의 다른 재활용 가능한 셀룰로오스 소재로부터 수득되는 것인 단열재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 셀룰로오스-유도 섬유가 난연성 물질로 처리되는 것인 단열재.
- 제6항에 있어서, 난연성 물질이 붕산염, 황산마그네슘, 또는 이들 둘의 조합물인 단열재.
- 셀룰로오스-유도 섬유를 사용하는 난연성 단열재 제조 방법으로서,
셀룰로오스-유도 섬유를 세정하는 단계와;
처리된 셀룰로오스-유도 섬유를 부분적으로 탈수시키는 단계와;
세정된 셀룰로오스-유도 섬유를 난연성 물질로 처리하는 단계와;
처리된 셀룰로오스-유도 섬유를 건조시키는 단계와;
처리된 셀룰로오스-유도 섬유의 적어도 일부로 이루어진 복수의 초구조체를 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 방법. - 제8항에 있어서, 셀룰로오스-유도 섬유의 적어도 일부가 SFR로부터 유래되는 것인 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, SFR을 재활용된 셀룰로오스 섬유와 조합하는 것인 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 난연성 물질은 1종 이상의 붕산염계 화합물, 황산마그네슘, 또는 이들 물질의 조합물을 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 난연성 물질과 셀룰로오스-유도 섬유를 함께 조합하되, 상기 섬유의 수분함량이 20 내지 99%인 공정으로 조합하는 것인 방법.
- 제8항의 방법에 따라 제조된 난연성 셀룰로오스 단열재.
