Claims (16)
- 복수의 층들을 구비한 기판으로서,
상기 층들 중 적어도 하나는 금속 산화물을 포함하고 금속 코팅층에 의해 직접 덮여있고 (topped), 상기 금속 코팅층은 적어도 8 중량% 의 니켈과 적어도 10 중량% 의 크롬을 함유하고 잔부가 철, 부가적 원소들과 제조 프로세스로부터 기인한 불순물이고, 상기 금속 코팅층 자체는 내식 코팅층에 의해 직접 덮여있는, 복수의 층들을 구비한 기판. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 기판은 금속판을 포함하고, 상기 금속판의 표면들 중 적어도 하나는 제 1 산화물 층을 가지고, 상기 제 1 산화물 층은, 적어도 8 중량% 의 니켈과 적어도 10 중량% 의 크롬을 함유하고 잔부가 철, 부가적 원소들 및 제조 프로세스로부터 기인한 불순물인 제 1 금속 코팅층에 의해 직접 덮여있고, 상기 제 1 금속 코팅층 자체는 제 1 내식 코팅층에 의해 직접 덮여있고, 상기 제 1 내식 코팅층 자체는, 적어도 8 중량% 니켈과 적어도 10 중량% 크롬을 함유하고 잔부가 철, 부가적 원소들 및 제조 프로세스로부터 기인한 불순물인 제 2 금속 코팅층에 의해 직접 덮여있는 제 2 산화물 층에 의해 덮여있고, 상기 제 2 금속 코팅층 자체는 제 2 내식 코팅층에 의해 직접 덮여있는, 복수의 층들을 구비한 기판. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 금속 코팅층(들)은 10 ~ 13 중량% 니켈, 16 ~ 18 중량% 크롬을 함유하고 잔부가 철 및 제조 프로세스로부터 기인한 잠재적 불순물인 스테인리스 강을 포함하는, 복수의 층들을 구비한 기판. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 금속 코팅층(들)은 0.02 중량% 탄소, 16 ~ 18 중량% 크롬, 10.5 ~ 13 중량% 니켈, 2 ~ 2.5 중량% 몰리브덴, 0.9 ~ 1.3 중량% 규소, 1.8 ~ 2.2 중량% 망간을 함유하고 잔부가 철 및 제조 프로세스로부터 기인한 잠재적 불순물인 스테인리스 강의 층(들)을 포함하는, 복수의 층들을 구비한 기판. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 금속 코팅층(들)은 2 ~ 15 ㎚ 의 두께를 가지는, 복수의 층들을 구비한 기판. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 내식 코팅층(들)은 아연, 알루미늄, 구리, 마그네슘, 티타늄, 니켈, 크롬, 망간 및 그것의 합금들을 포함하는 군 중에서 선택된 금속을 포함하는, 복수의 층들을 구비한 기판. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 내식 코팅층(들)은 아연 또는 아연 합금을 포함하는, 복수의 층들을 구비한 기판. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 내식 코팅층(들)은 복수의 금속 코팅 서브층들을 포함하는, 복수의 층들을 구비한 기판. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
적어도 하나의 내식층이 상기 산화물 층 아래에 위치하고 상기 산화물 층과 직접 접촉하는, 복수의 층들을 구비한 기판. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 산화물 층 아래에 위치한 강판을 포함하는, 복수의 층들을 구비한 기판. - 제 10 항에 있어서,
상기 강판은 450 ㎫ 이상의 강도를 가지는 강인, 복수의 층들을 구비한 기판. - 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 복수의 층들을 구비한 기판의 제조 방법으로서,
금속 코팅층(들)이 진공 증착 프로세스 및 전착 프로세스로부터 선택된 프로세스에 의해 성막되는 (deposited), 복수의 층들을 구비한 기판의 제조 방법. - 제 12 항에 있어서,
성막 프로세스는 마그네트론 캐소드 분쇄 (magnetron cathode pulverization) 프로세스인, 복수의 층들을 구비한 기판의 제조 방법. - 제 12 항에 있어서,
내식층(들)은 진공 증착 프로세스 및 전착 프로세스로부터 선택된 프로세스에 의해 성막되는, 복수의 층들을 구비한 기판의 제조 방법. - 적어도 하나의 금속 산화물 층을 포함하는, 기판의 표면을 처리 (prepare) 하기 위한 방법으로서,
적어도 8 중량% 니켈과 적어도 10 중량% 크롬을 함유하고 잔부가 철 및 제조 방법으로부터 기인한 불순물인 금속 코팅이, 상기 산화물 층의 사전 산세척 없이 상기 산화물 층에 성막되는, 기판의 표면을 처리하기 위한 방법. - 제 15 항에 있어서,
내식 코팅이 상기 금속 코팅에 성막되는, 기판의 표면을 처리하기 위한 방법.
