Claims (15)
- 통행료 결제 시스템(300)을 위한 차량 안테나 페인(100)으로서,
- 페인(1),
- 통행료 정산소 송신기(31)로부터 제1 신호(S1)를 수신하기 위한 제1 수신기(10),
- 제1 신호(S1)를 제2 신호(S2)로 변환하고 제3 신호(S3)를 제4 신호(S4)로 변환하기 위한 신호 변환기(5),
- 제2 신호(S2)를 이동 통신 장치(6)로 송신하기 위한 제2 송신기(21),
- 이동 통신 장치(6)로부터 제3 신호(S3)를 수신하기 위한 제2 수신기(20),
- 제4 신호(S4)를 통행료 정산소 수신기(30)로 송신하기 위한 제1 송신기(11)를 포함하며,
수신기(10, 20)와 송신기(11, 21)는 근거리 무선 신호(S1-S4)를 수신하고 송신하도록 설계되는 차량 안테나 페인(100). - 제1항에 있어서,
제1 수신기(10)와 제1 송신기(11)는 DSRC(Dedicated Short Range Communication) 스펙트럼에서 바람직하게는 5.8 GHz용으로 지정된 EN 12253 또는 5.9 GHz 용으로 지정된 EN 302 571에 따른 μwave DSRC, 또는 WLAN(Wireless Local Area Network) 스펙트럼에서 바람직하게는 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, 또는 60 GHz용으로 지정된 IEEE-802.11, 특히 바람직하게는 IEEE-802.11p에 따라 신호(S1, S4)를 수신 및 송신하도록 설정되는 차량 안테나 페인(100). - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
제2 수신기(10)와 제2 송신기(11)는 NFC(Near Field Communication) 스펙트럼에서 바람직하게는 ISO/IEC 13157, ISO/IEC 16353, ISO/IEC 22536, 또는 ISO/IEC 28361에 따라, WLAN (Wireless Local Area Network) 스펙트럼에서 바람직하게는 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, 또는 60 GHz용으로 지정된 IEEE-802.11에 따라, 또는 블루투스에서 바람직하게는 IEEE 802.15.1에 따라 신호(S2, S3)를 수신 및 송신하도록 설정되는 차량 안테나 페인(100). - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
신호 변환기(5)는 적어도 하나의 신호 전도체(8)에 의해 제1 수신기(10), 제1 송신기(11), 제2 수신기(20), 및 제2 송신기(21)에 전기 전도성으로 연결되는 차량 안테나 페인(100). - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
페인(1)은 외부 환경으로부터 차량 내부를 분리하기 위한 복합 페인으로서,
- 외면(III)과 내면(IV)을 갖는 내측 페인,
- 외면(I)과 내면(II)을 갖는 외측 페인,
- 외측 페인의 내면(II)을 내측 페인의 외면(III)에 결합시키는 적어도 하나의 중간층을 포함하는 차량 안테나 페인(100). - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
제1 수신기(10)는 외부로부터 페인(1)의 외면(I) 상에 도달하는 제1 신호(S1)를 수신하도록 설정되고, 제1 송신기(11)는 페인(1)으로부터 외부로 제4 신호(S4)를 송신하도록 설정되고, 제2 수신기(20)는 내부로부터 페인(1)의 내면(I) 상에 도달하는 제3 신호(S3)를 수신하도록 설정되고, 제2 송신기(21)는 페인(1)으로부터 내부로 제2 신호(S2)를 송신하도록 설정되는 차량 안테나 페인(100). - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
제1 수신기(10), 제1 송신기(11), 제2 수신기(20), 제2 송신기(21), 및/또는 신호 변환기(5)는 내측 페인과 외측 페인 사이 또는 페인(1)의 내면(IV) 상에 배치되는 차량 안테나 페인(100). - 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
페인(1)은 차량의 윈드실드이고, 제2 수신기(20) 및 제2 송신기(21)는 페인(1) 하부 에지의 영역에 배치되고, 바람직하게는 페인(1)의 하부 에지(U)로부터 30 cm 이하의 거리에 배치되는 차량 안테나 페인(100). - 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
제1 수신기(10), 제1 송신기(11), 제2 수신기(20), 및/또는 제2 송신기(21)는
- 인쇄되고 소성된 전기 전도성 페이스트, 바람직하게는 은 함유 스크린 인쇄 페이스트 및/또는
- 전기 전도성 포일, 바림직하게는 금속 포일 및 특히 구리, 은, 금 또는 알루미늄 포일, 및/또는
- 무코팅(coating-free) 분리 영역, 특히 무코팅 분리 라인에 의해 전기 전도성 층 밖의 주위 층으로부터 절연되는 전기 전도성 구조로 이루어지는 차량 안테나 페인(100). - 통행료 결제 시스템(300)으로서,
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 차량 안테나 페인(100),
- 제1 신호(S1)를 차량 안테나 페인(100)의 제1 수신기(10)로 송신하는 통행료 정산소 송신기(31),
- 차량 안테나 페인(100)의 제1 송신기(11)에 의해 송신된 제4 신호(S4)를 수신하는 통행료 정산소 수신기(30), 및
- 차량 안테나 페인(100)의 제2 송신기(21)에 의해 송신된 제2 신호(S2)를 수신하고 제3 신호(S3)를 차량 안테나 페인(100)의 제2 수신기(20)로 송신하는 이동 통신 장치(6)를 포함하고,
이동 통신 장치(6)는 결제 작업이 수행되었을 때 "결제 완료" 신호를 제2 수신기(20)에 제3 신호(S3)로서 송신하는 통행료 결제 시스템(300). - 제10 항에 있어서,
이네이블 스위치(enable switch)(7)가 신호 변환기(5)에 전기 전도성으로 연결되고, 이네이블 스위치(7)는 그의 작동 시 "이네이블" 신호를 제2 신호(S2)로서 송신하는 통행료 결제 시스템(300). - 통행료 결제 시스템(300)을 운영하는 방법으로서,
a) 통행료 정산소 송신기(31)에 의해 제1 신호(S1)를 송신하고,
b) 제1 신호(S1)를 차량 안테나 페인(100)의 제1 수신기(10)에 의해 수신하여 신호 변환기(5)로 라우팅하고,
c) 제1 신호(S1)를 신호 변환기(5)에 의해 제2 신호(S2)로 변환하여 제2 송신기(21)로 라우팅하고;
d) 제2 신호(S2)를 제2 송신기(21)에 의해 송신하고 이동 통신 장치(6)에 의해 수신하고,
e) 결제 작업을 이동 통신 장치(6)의 데이터 처리 프로그램에 의해 수행하고, 결제 작업이 성공적으로 완료되면 이동 통신 장치(6)에 의해 "결제 완료" 신호를 제3 신호(S3)로서 송신하고,
f) 제3 신호(S3)를 제2 수신기(20)에 의해 수신하고 신호 변환기(5)로 전달하고,
g) 제3 신호(S3)를 신호 변환기(5)에 의해 제4 신호(S4)로 변환하여 제1 송신기(11)로 전달하고,
h) 제4 신호(S4)를 제1 송신기(11)에 의해 송신하고,
i) 제4 신호(S4)를 통행료 정산소 수신기(30)에 의해 수신하는 방법. - 제12항에 있어서,
추가의 j) 단계에서, 제4 신호(S4)가 "결제 완료" 신호인지 확인하고, 제4 신호(S4)가 "결제 완료" 신호인 경우 통행료 정산소 통과를 가능하게 하는 방법. - 제12항 또는 제13항에 있어서,
e) 단계에서, 이네이블 스위치(7)가 300초 이하, 바람직하게는 30초 이하의 시간(t) 내에 동작되었는지 확인하고, 이네이블 스위치(7)가 작동된 경우에만 결제 작업을 수행하는 방법. - 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 차량 안테나 페인(100)의, 육상, 항공 또는 수상 이동을 위한 운송 수단, 특히 자동차에서의, 예를 들어 윈드실드, 리어 윈도우, 사이드 윈도우, 및/또는 루프 패널로서의 용도.
