Abstract
과제 해결을 위해, 마찰재 성형용의 조성물에, 무기 마찰 조정재로서 평균 입경이 1~8㎛인 단사정계 산화 지르코늄을 마찰재 조성물 전체량에 대해 10~40중량%와, 탄소질계 윤활재로서 탄성 흑연화 카본을 마찰재 조성물 전체량에 대해 1.5중량% 이상과, 소성 코크스를 상기 흑연화 카본과 합계로 마찰재 조성물 전체량에 대해 2~8중량%, 또한, 상기 탄성 흑연화 카본과 상기 소성 코크스의 중량 비율이 4:6~8:2가 되도록 함유한 것을 사용한다.

- 디스크 브레이크 패드에 사용되는, 구리 성분을 함유하지 않는 NAO재의 마찰재 조성물을 성형하여 이루어지는 마찰재에 있어서,
상기 마찰재 조성물은,
무기 마찰 조정재로서 평균 입경이 1~8㎛인 단사정계 산화 지르코늄을 마찰재 조성물 전체량에 대해 10~40중량%와,
탄소질계 윤활재로서 탄성 흑연화 카본을 마찰재 조성물 전체량에 대해 1.5중량% 이상과,
소성 코크스를 상기 탄성 흑연화 카본과 합계로 마찰재 조성물 전체량에 대해 2~8중량%,
