Claims (18)
- 감지 영역 및 상기 감지 영역의 주변에 배치되는 주변 영역을 포함하는 베이스 기판;
상기 베이스 기판 상에 제공되며 적어도 하나 이상의 컨택 홀을 구비한 절연층;
상기 감지 영역에 제공된 센싱부; 및
상기 주변 영역에 제공된 제1 금속층 및 상기 제1 금속층 상에 제공되어 상기 컨택 홀을 통해 상기 제1 금속층에 연결된 제2 금속층을 포함한 센싱 라인들을 포함하고,
상기 제1 및 제2 금속층 각각은 상기 컨택 홀에 대응되는 제1 배선부와 상기 제1 배선부를 제외한 제2 배선부를 포함하고, 상기 제1 배선부와 상기 제2 배선부는 그 폭이 서로 상이한 터치 스크린. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 배선부의 폭이 상기 제2 배선부의 폭 보다 큰 터치 스크린. - 제2 항에 있어서,
평면 상에서 볼 때, 상기 베이스 기판 상에서 각 센싱 라인의 상기 제1 배선부는 인접한 센싱 라인의 상기 제1 배선부와 동일 위치에 제공되지 않는 터치 스크린. - 제3 항에 있어서,
각 센싱 라인에 대응하는 상기 컨택 홀은 복수 개로 제공되는 터치 스크린. - 제4 항에 있어서,
상기 센싱 라인들은 상기 제2 방향으로 연장된 제2n-1(n은 자연수) 번째 센싱 라인들을 구비한 제1 센싱 라인 그룹 및 상기 제2n-1 번째 센싱 라인들 사이에 배치되는 제2n(n은 자연수) 번째 센싱 라인들을 구비한 제2 센싱 라인 그룹을 포함하는 터치 스크린. - 제5 항에 있어서,
평면 상에서 볼 때, 상기 제1 센싱 라인 그룹에 대응되는 상기 컨택 홀과 상기 제2 센싱 라인 그룹에 대응되는 컨택 홀은 상기 제2 방향을 따라 교번하여 상기 베이스 기판 상에 제공되는 터치 스크린. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 금속층은 평면 상에서 볼 때 상기 제2 금속층과 동일한 폭을 갖는 터치 스크린. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 절연층은 무기 재료를 포함하는 무기 절연막 및 유기 재료를 포함하는 유기 절연막 중 선택된 어느 하나의 절연막인 터치 스크린. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 센싱 라인들 각각은 서로 상이한 폭을 갖는 터치 스크린. - 제9 항에 있어서,
상기 센싱 라인들 각각의 폭은 상기 감지 영역으로 인접할수록 작아지는 터치 스크린. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 센싱부는, 제1 방향을 따라 연장된 제1 센싱부와, 상기 제1 방향과 교차한 제2 방향을 따라 연장된 제2 센싱부를 포함하는 터치 스크린. - 영상이 표시되는 표시 패널; 및
상기 표시 패널의 적어도 일 면 상에 제공되며 터치 위치를 감지하는 터치 스크린을 포함하고,
상기 표시 패널은,
복수의 화소 영역을 포함하는 표시 영역과 상기 표시 영역의 주변에 배치되는 비표시 영역을 포함하는 베이스 기판;
상기 베이스 기판 상에 제공되며 적어도 하나 이상의 컨택 홀을 구비한 절연층; 및
상기 비표시 영역에 배치되어 각 화소 영역에 연결되고, 상기 베이스 기판 상에 제공된 제1 금속층 및 상기 제1 금속층 상에 제공되어 상기 컨택 홀을 통해 상기 제1 금속층에 연결된 제2 금속층을 포함한 전원 배선들을 포함하고,
상기 제1 및 제2 금속층 각각은 상기 컨택 홀에 대응되는 제1 배선부와 상기 제1 배선부를 제외한 제2 배선부를 포함하고, 상기 제1 배선부와 상기 제2 배선부는 그 폭이 서로 상이한 표시 장치. - 제12 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 배선부의 폭이 상기 제2 배선부의 폭 보다 큰 표시 장치. - 제12 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 금속층은 평면 상에서 볼 때 상기 제2 금속층과 동일한 폭을 갖는 표시 장치. - 제12 항에 있어서,
상기 표시 패널은,
각 화소 영역 내에 제공된 적어도 하나 이상의 박막 트랜지스터;
상기 박막 트랜지스터에 연결된 발광 소자; 및
상기 박막 트랜지스터와 상기 발광 소자를 구동하는 구동부를 포함하는 표시 장치. - 제15 항에 있어서,
상기 전원 배선은 상기 구동부로부터의 신호를 상기 각 화소 영역으로 제공하는 팬 아웃 배선인 표시 장치. - 제15 항에 있어서,
상기 박막 트랜지스터는,
상기 베이스 기판 상에 제공된 액티브 패턴;
상기 액티브 패턴 상에 제공된 게이트 전극; 및
상기 액티브 패턴에 각각 연결된 소스 전극과 드레인 전극을 포함하는 표시 장치. - 제15 항에 있어서,
상기 발광 소자는,
상기 박막 트랜지스터에 연결된 제1 전극;
상기 제1 전극 상에 제공된 발광층; 및
상기 발광층 상에 제공된 제2 전극을 포함하는 표시 장치.
